Satrya was very kind with us and guided us to our room and made sure that we are comfortable and enjoying our experience. We spent a lot of time by the pool and by the restaurant and all the staff was very kind and always accommodating. We had an incident with our room and they immediately changed our room which made our stay even more comfortable. The location is just amazing. Waking up in the morning with the jungle next to you just makes you disconnect from reality. The initial room we were in there were spaces between the windows and the wall which gave the sensation the cabin was not finished. We also would have preferred to have a tour of the entire place because it is so big and beautiful.

We loved the property. Its kind staff, cleanliness, foods, breakfast with its free additions, massage, canyon. They offer many activities, and tours to different places. If I come again, I will definitaly stay here. Thank you for everything! None

The hotel is stunning, close to nature with very quiet and calm environment. Love the room with green scenery. The staff is very helpful. My mom loves it, will definitely come back! If you don’t mind to stay away from the city center, then it’s a great place. They do have shuttle bus though, takes around 30-40 mins.

The setting within the jungle. the walk to the rice fields. the friendly staff. The breakfast, the meal in the evening. The massage I found the pool a little cold.

The Team was super nice and polite, we loveeed our stay there. Everything was clean, the massages are awesome and the canyon through the hotel was amazing. Yes it's in the djungle so you should be prepared to have some moisture in the room, but nothing bad at all. Would come here again 10/10

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Pramana Giri Kusuma. The hotel is truly beautiful, perfectly nestled in the heart of the forest, offering breathtaking views all around. The swimming pool overlooking the jungle is stunning and gave me such a relaxing experience. The food was delicious, full of authentic flavors, and the spa treatment was simply exceptional — truly rejuvenating. This hotel offers the perfect balance of nature, comfort, and hospitality. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable stay.

This resort absolutely exceeded our expectations! Starting off with the extremely kind and friendly staff (special kudos to Kadek, Satrya, Eni and Adi, who were really professional and made our stay smooth and amazing!), and the ambient left us speechless from the very start - two minutes from the main street and you're already surrounded by the scenic views of the jungle, definitely a one-of experience. The one-bedroom apartment was extremely clean and cleaned twice a day, overlooking the jungle from a height felt like a fairy tree-house. There's also a shuttle vehicle which you can order at any time to/from your room, which made us feel safe when coming home late at night. The resort is full of wonderful activities that recharge your batteries (e.g. 180 minutes romantic SPA package, morning yoga in the canyon). I would definitely recommend this to anyone and everyone! There is not a single complaint. This is by far the best place we ever stayed in.

One of the highlights of my stay at Pramana Giri Kusuma was the food. The restaurant offers a variety of traditional Balinese dishes and international options, all beautifully presented and full of flavor. Every meal felt like it was made with love—from the fragrant spices to the perfectly cooked meats and fresh vegetables. I especially loved the breakfast overlooking the jungle—such a peaceful and inspiring way to start the day. The staff in the restaurant were also fantastic: attentive, friendly, and happy to explain each dish. Add to that the tranquil spa, breathtaking canyon views, and a sacred spring for Melukat, and you have the perfect combination of comfort, nature, and spiritual energy. A truly unforgettable experience!

The property was clean , the view is nice and the staff and restaurant food was amazing but very far from everything and the access to the hotel is far from the reception and not safe to walk in it . Be ready to WALK from ur room to the reception and from the hotel entrance to the reception We choose a room and we paid extra for it because of the hot tub but we couldn’t use it not only once, the drainer was damaged and there was no hot water to use in the tub, the staff said that these tub all come only with cold water . And that’s crazy that it’s not mentioned when we booked the room and why would anyone book a room with high price to use the tub when the hotel is not providing hot water for it????!!!! So i call it a scam

Beautifully located in the jungle. It’s a place to rewind and relax. Spa treatments were very good with a very experienced therapist. The food in the Jackfruit restaurant was excellent. We liked everything!

Everything. The place was clean, it felt like a home and also the nature surrounding everything gave such a comfortable and unique vibe. Staff was always friendly and they made me feel so welcome. From the street to the reception there was a dog (might have been the dog of someone with a yard nearby by the looks of it). It was agitated and when riding a scooter near it i was kinda afraid he would jump. Not exactly the resort's fault but I would love if they could secure the way with a fence, nothing fancy. Especially since dogs are a huge problem for tourists in Bali.

Room was amazingly clean and beautiful, loved the jungle/canyon location and view. Food was excellent and spa gave us the best massage we had all holiday. Highly recommend as a romantic and serene retreat.
