Stayed at Hanging Gardens of Bali and had a wonderful experience. The location is spectacular, surrounded by lush jungle scenery that creates a peaceful and unforgettable atmosphere. The views throughout the property are breathtaking and truly one of the highlights of staying here. What impressed me most was the professionalism and attention to detail from the staff. Every team member seemed to know our names and even the length of our stay, which made the service feel highly personalized and genuinely warm. This level of hospitality is rare and deserves recognition. We were also very grateful to receive a complimentary honeymoon villa upgrade, which made the stay even more special. The villa was beautiful, private, and perfectly suited for a romantic getaway. Food was excellent as well, with quality dishes and a dining experience that matched the standard of the resort. The only downside was the presence of young children. In my opinion, this is not really a family-style hotel but rather a peaceful luxury retreat focused on romance, relaxation, and tranquility. Children under 16 can disturb the quiet atmosphere that many guests come here to enjoy. Another negative point: we only stayed one night—which was far too short for such a special place. Overall, Hanging Gardens of Bali is an outstanding jungle escape with world-class service, beautiful views, and a truly memorable atmosphere.

We liked that service: from the beginning to the end. The hotel: rooms with their own swimming pool, space, the features, the location, free yoga class and free tea time. To much noise at night: lift is used for both clients and staff and makes noise The service is great but luxury is providing an excellent service without being too present just the necessary. We felt that sometimes the team was too present for us.
