Very very clean, super close to Shin-Ōsaka station, and a Lawson built into the hotel! Honestly fantastic. A teeny tiny bit small when it comes to room size - but still definitely big enough to open up luggage and move around clothes and such.

the fact that i will never come back in my life ! extremly small room unplesent staff in front desk I had an emergency needalmost imposible for the front desk to understand what im asking...

Exceptional

Close to the station, just a short 7 min walk. We arrived late, but check-in was available until midnight. On check out, we were given two umbrellas free of charge to help us get back to the station on a rainy day. Japanese style pillows are really hard, and it takes time to get used to them.

Check in and check out was pretty fast and easy, however we had to pay a 200 Yen tax for the room. Free coffee on the first floor with some decent free amenities. We got a ton of free water bottles and clean towels every day. Convenient location. Also nice to be able to cast at least Youtube on the TV. The bathroom was tiny and had a little bit of a sewer smell. Window was hard to figure out but we called reception and one of their employees did come up to show us. One thing to mention is that once our laundry was finished drying (although not dried fully) was removed from the dryer although it wasn’t even two minutes since it had finished. The table was unnecessary and took so much space.

We booked two rooms - one for two, another for three people. The larger one was good, of a sufficient size, with bathroom and wc separated, which was much appreciated. Both rooms were clean. Good location. Friendly people The smaller room was actually small. With a large suitcase in we could hardly move in the room.

Hotel very convenient for trains from shin-osaka. Rooms were clean but small. Reception staff were very helpful. Laundry is easy to use. There is a Lawsons convenience store attached, so snacks and drinks easy to get, restaurants close by on street or train station. Coffee at reception. All in all was good. You have to expect small rooms in japan.

Hotel was an easy 5 minute walk to Shin-Osaka station. There is a Lawson Konbini right at the entrance which is great for late night snacks and other small items. Check in/out was smooth at kiosk. Staff was friendly and helpful, but a few only spoke Japanese. Good selection of free toiletries if you forgot anything. Room was large size for Japan but no dresser, so don't plan on unpacking too much. Free coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby. Shower/tub wall was not clean. Also no handle for a very deep tub made it difficult to get out of. Bed was very firm which was fine for me, but not so much for my wife

This hotel is a spacious and convenient hotel that is very close to the station. The workers are very kind and friendly when checking in. This hotel had everything we needed. Nothing. This hotel was great!

Great experience and highly recommend. Very close to the Shin Osaka train station which is great for exploring. Lawson store in the building was odela for food/snacks. The hotel itself was very clean and well organized. Very friendly staff.

Good staff, close to Shin-Osaka station with 24 hr convenience store underneath the hotel. Free coffee and hot chocolate in reception plus we were able to leave our bags after check out. Small room but we expected that.
