the door to the bathroom kept falling off and the shower curtain was extremely flimsy. the sink was leaking and had to drain into the floor drain.

It was very easy to find the place thanks to step by step guide. There was soft dring maching at the building entery and it was super close to the train station. There was stors really close to the appartment. I didn't like the smell from the kitchen sink. I had to put the plate on top of the hole of kitchen sing so it would not smell as bad. For me that was the only bad thing about the appartment. I thing it could be fixed with one of those one way caps for this specific things.

Its a scam there is no property they tried to cheat customers At the same time 10 or more customers are waiting in front of the building Every one has the same problem No reception No lobby No Property Name It’s a big cheating in Japan This is my first time in my entire life How can we trust Booking.com again…??

衛生面が気になりました

We liked the location. A lot of local supermarkets and the train station were really close. And it was nice having our own bathroom and little kitchen. We didn't like that the check-in time wasn't flexible. We arrived earlier and waited in front of our room, but check in was at 3pm, so we waited 2 hours and already wrote the staff via booking. they didn't reply and told us at 3:30pm that we have to call them. That wasn't easy and we asked a Japanese friend to do it, because we didn't book phonecalls with our data plan. After we finally entered our room at 4 pm we noticed that nothing has been cleaned. The bed was used, rubbishbag was full, kitchenstaff wasnt really clean and there was hair in the bathroom. We had to wash the bedding in the washing machine and took it to a laundromat for drying, so that we were able to use it in the night. And for that we had to pay a cleaning free of 25 Euros... totally unfair ?

まずガス栓や給湯器に問題はないのにお湯が出ませんでした。 カスタマーセンターに電話をし、返金対応を求めたところ最初は三泊分のうち一泊分の返金をするとの返答しかいただけませんでした。 そのあと全額返金を求めましたが2.5泊分の返金をするという返答が帰ってきたので面倒くさくてそのまま了承しました。ですがメールで返金案内をすると言われましたがまだその後の対応はしていただけていません。 管理人とは直接連絡を取ることはできず、カスタマーセンターに電話がつながります。 管理人の方の連絡が遅く、夜中に電話が来ることもありました。 皆さんとまらない方がいいと思います。

もう少し部屋を清潔、綺麗にして引き渡して欲しいです。前泊者の使ったものが洗面台に置きっぱなしでした。

最初の玄関、部屋の入口のオートロックの使い方に 戸惑うかもしれません。 駅から非常に近くとても良いと思います。

駅から物凄く近くてすごい良かったです。

とても便利でした。 ただ、お部屋はフローリングにゴミがあったり、浴室には数本髪の毛が残って、冷蔵庫も汚れていたりで、入室後は掃除から始めました。 でも、サポートセンターはちゃんと対応して頂けたので、お値段からすると良かったと思います。

宿泊が長期になる場合、途中でタオルやシーツ交換があったら嬉しかったです。掃除と備品の補充が、もう少し行き届いているといいと思いました。

Literally across the street from the train station, near a number of grocery stores and restaurants. Away from downtown so it is very quiet.

オートロックをうまく解除できず電話したところすぐに対応していただき助かりました。

The room number they gave me is an electrical closet, so I just had to try getting into multiple rooms until I found the right one. I talked with other tenants that the managers didn't even give the room code to so they had no idea how to get in their room
