The hotel is very convenient and the staff were very nice. Breakfast was good too. Some people complain about the location, sure there are some love hotels and gambling places nearby, but I didn't feel threatened while walking around. Also there are many stores nearby. I didn't expect to have any windows at all. I should have checked the photos a bit more. Also washing your clothes was a bit of a challenge. Only two washing machines and two dryers for the entire hotel. Also, WATCH OUT for this elevator doors, they close so fast

Room is bigger than normal hotels and they provide amenities , it’s convenient. They provide luggage storage, it’s helpful. The doors allow the light and noise from outside to go inside the room easily. The light from outside is permanently turned on which is bothering. Bed is facing directly to the door.

The breakfast is great The room is a little bit dark inside, not good for work inside the room. And I could smell there were someone smoking in the room next to mine, which was not nice

The room was very dark even with windows open, but I just used it for sleeping while doing tourism all day long, so no problem there

Close to pretty much everywhere I wanted to be. The wall to wall carpeting was really stained and I found it rather unpleasant to see all the stains. Also some strange stains on the wallpaper. But I moved my bed away from the walls and the slippers provided a good buffer.

Clean, fast check-in/check-out, great location. The hotel breakfast was easy and tasty. The room and bathroom are a little small, not many places to hang things. There is a microwave available, but it is in the downstairs amenities room.

The state of the room was bad. Dirty walls and deporable bedsheets. The bathroom was clean though.

Rooms are a bit small, but compared to other places in Japan, the room was big enough for 2 people

Easy to reach. Walkable from the subway/JR Osaka. I walk with a 28-inch luggage and a backpack. Even from the Umeda Sky Building, because I took a bus from Tokyo to Osaka, it takes me around 20 minutes to walk from the Umeda Sky Building to this property. Doable!
