Location was good. Experience was peaceful. Staff were helpful. This was the best hotel we stayed at in Japan. Breakfast was exceptional and the free midnight noodles were awesome. Rooms were small, but this was expected. We dis have our own bathroom - this was difficult to manage, however we were grateful that we had our own.

It's a dormy inn with the normal standards which are high and amazingly performed. Everything is clean,the amenities are great: breakfast, onsen, after onsen drinks and ramen every night. I also adore the pj's that they provide. Please be aware that tattoos are not allowed in the onsen. Per the instructions they aren't allowed even with a tattoo seal, but a staff member said if it was small then it was ok with a seal.

The public bath was great, the breakfast wonderful and the free ice cream really appreciated The room was very dark and depressing. The window overlooked a very dark courtyard with dark walls which meant that the room never got any natural light and it was pitch black even at midday. The room had a sliding door separating the bathroom from the room, which we left open at night, as the room became airless very quickly with the door closed. Sadly this meant that the automatic light, that we could not disable, kept switching on in the middle of the night every time one of us moved. We couldn’t get a good night’s sleep unfortunately.

Decently sized room, good amenities and big onsen. Onsen was complete with indoor and outdoor bath, one small bath, a cold plunge and a sauna. There were also free probiotic drinks, popsicles, and noodles being offered by the hotel. I wish the vending machines took IC card. The nearby train line also almost requires a transfer to some other locations around the city, but not a big issue.

Very friendly and helpful staff, room is sufficiently big and all amenities we needed were provided. Excellent breakfast buffet, which is a mix between Japanese and western. The Onsen was relatively simple but very appreciated after a long day walking.

We really enjoyed the Onsen a lot! It was a perfect place to relax after a full day of sightseeing! The Hotel also offered many services for free: in the morning free probiotic drinks, in the afternoon free ice pops and at night free ramen. We also tried the breakfast for one morning which was really traditional. The location was exceptional - walking distance to Osaka castle. Our room was pretty small which made it a bit hard to manoeuvre with two large luggage’s, but we made it work :)

Hot spring is nice. Can check the crowdness through tv. free snacks in the comic room. there was a fire alarm during midnight. But the announcement only in Japanese. the pillow is too hard. Room is really small for a family.
