No service for luggage storage otherwise its recommendable.

Hotel don't have luggage storage. They charged you for early check in, on our case we check in 1 pm in the afternoon we got charged for 2 hours 'though check in is 3 pm but its ok.

Easy access to transportation and convenience store is near. None at all! P.S.: If you are the type of person who wants window viewing wherever you stay then this Hotel is not for you.

Very conveniently located. If you are claustrophobic, this is not the place to stay. The rooms are tiny. My husband and I had to carefully step over each other to get to the bathroom, exit, etc. The toilet/bathroom is a step UP from the room. Plus, there is a small step down again into the bathroom. It is actually very dangerous if you aren't paying attention or if you are going to the bathroom in the middle of the night. The hotel is on a very busy street, and it is very noisy at night. And it wasn't cheap for what we got. Honestly. IF you don't mind a very small room, then it's probably fine. But it was just too small for us to be comfortable in.

Good location not far from Dotombori, 7/11 right across the street makes it a great spot. Tv was a bit far from the beds but didn’t bother using it much

Staff has no way to explain anything that is out of their scripted answers I guess. Dust everywhere on the check in day and the "cleaning" day, we stayed in different APA's hotels and we know the "cleaning" system, thats why I wouldn't recommend anyone to let the clean staff enter as they don't do much anyway. I'm allergic to dust and this APA wins the price for making me having an allergic reaction on the room. By the way the breakfast was really bad.

Perfect location, walking distance to Osaka Castle and Dotonbutri street. Very clean and comfortable. Only drawback is there is almost no sunlight during the day.

Location : very centralised / many metro lines nearby (walking distance to osaka castle Many of eateries and convenient stores nearby. I recommend the french cafe opposite for breakfast and curry rice further down for dinner. There's also a udon nearby. Favourites: Smart TV / can log into netflix / youtube etc Drinking water via tap Best hotel hairdryer.. my hair was silky smooth after using Because I had a 2 bookings First room : face road/ partition in front of window / with mirror n hook 2nd room : older furniture / no partition in front of window draft coming in from window so room colder / Need to turn on the warmer / room cramped with coffee table n arm chair (but can request to remove)
