The Lawsons shop on Level 4 Have to pay extra money to use gym and pool and both facilities are inadequate for a hotel catering to a high amount of guests

Love it here! It was my first onsen experience.You need to use tattoo covers tho, but this is standard practice. Very very small, but we knew this was going to be the case for APAs, it is bigger than the Tokyo one tho! And had in suite AC and storage under the bed. The rooftop is amazing! No need to go to any other building to check the city. Their onsen is great, although the water was a bit too hot for me. Unfortunately we could not use the pool because they close it for the non summer season, so consider this when you go.

The onsen was very nice! What a treat. There were vending machines and small store for snacks etc. I have heard about the small rooms in Japan but wow, just big enough to get into bed from one side, 2 people sleeping needed to coordinate getting in and out.

Location facilities at even had a Lawson convenience store inside when I come back to Japan I’ll be staying here again Had to pay for the gym

Clean and pristine property, friendly staff, great number of facilities inside and having a convenience store inside was greatly appreciated.

Facilities and rooms were great. Distance from Osaka station was a little far for my accompanying family and had to make some detours in the route due to construction at the time, but otherwise great! The massage facilities could be better for the prices they were charging.

Very tiny and compact rooms..It was tight space, and with no walking space in the rooms. Expected slightly bigger rooms. But property is easily accessible, good food options around. MRT line is walkable..
