Excellent location with easy access to everything; the staff was very courteous, and the rooms were very clean.

The hotel is very clean and smells so good! Also the breakfast was delicious. The parking issue. Need to pay it but didn't see any security or surveillance. Rooms didn't have microwave.

The breakfast and location was good. Longhorn down the street. Very busy area it's in a great spot. A lot of traffic . You have to pay for parking.

Everyone was kind and welcoming, breakfast was prepared nicely and staff would assist if we asked to have items warmed in a microwave. Even after breakfast was over one staff member gave me some orange juice which was so kind! My housekeeping staff did our bed and cleaned the bathroom everyday. This is what sets Airbnb apart from hotels, you want to feel taken care of when you are away and I will come back to this Hampton Inn again.

I think the breakfast was ok. The waffle machine was the best thing going here. Loved the gym! Super good machines and weights. About the breakfast...Eggs were too wet and food (sausages, potatoes) could have been cooked a bit more. Muffins came out cold. Had to put it in the bread warmer machine. Coffee is blah. An espresso/cappuccino machine would go A LONG WAY in upgrading this experience. I would pay an extra $10 just for that - with free refills. Also, during these hot months in Florida, it would be such a show of kindness to offer iced water at all times in the kitchen area. Laundry could use three washers and three fully operating dryers. They charge us and we paid more than we used them for. So that payment system gets more anyways.

Clean rooms breakfast parking was not great 25 dollars that you have to pay and the person at the front desk that they don’t do the payment for the parking I have to do it on the app and I not that good on apps took me a while

Breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices. The coffee was favorable and delicious. The dining areas were located inside or outside on the patio. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool area was ideal for relaxing. The workout room was located a convenient location on the first floor. The parking was sufficient.
