Cons: Bathroom needed some TLC; mold on tile grout in shower. This did not pose a problem - just unsightly which could cause some cleanliness concert for other patrons. Noisy - Narcoossee street in front is very busy, so it was noisy till almost 2:00am

Great location with lots of retail and dining nearby. Also close to major hospitals. Comfy room, decent breakfast and unlike other competitors close by, they don't charge a a daily parking fee. That savings adds up on an extended stay.

Great location to Austin Tindell sports complex. Comfy beds, free breakfast was great, ice machine for sports coolers was helpful! Only downside..after leaving for dinner and coming back around 10pm there was literally not a single parking spot available and had to park behind property off the street. Was worried about being towed or broken into, staff assured us it was fine, but Didn’t love leaving our car there.

This is where I stay whenever I visit the USTA National Campus. The breakfast, served starting at 6 a.m., is excellent, as is the all-day availability of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. The fitness center is spacious and well-equipped. Although the pool isn't large, the guests using it looked happy. I was initially concerned that having only one washer and one dryer in the second-floor laundry room might not be enough, but I didn't experience any wait times or inconvenience when I used them. There are many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Parking is free, and there is plenty of space.

We appreciated having access to the pool since we arrived sooner than the check-in and we were able to leave our suitcases at the front desk while our room was being prepared. We were also able to grab a few items for breakfast since we had an early flight.

Hot water in the shower took forever. Shower stall caulk at floor perimeter full of black mildew. Lobby floor was dirty.

Got this reservation through Expedia. The hotel shuttle was unavailable when we got to Orlando. Couldn’t get people to answer the phone or give information. Ended up getting a different hotel room. Total waste of money

The staff were very courteous, polite and friendly. The complimentary breakfast is excellent, and being available 6am until 10am makes the start to the day nice and easy. Free shuttle to the Airport made me picking up my car rental an absolute cinch. All in all a good solid place to stay. Free parking as well. There were some redecorating works going on when we stayed, and the carpet tiles were being ripped up and replaced right outside our door. Which was very noisy and disruptive , especially as we were adjusting to different time zone after a long days international travel. It would have been good if these works were mentioned at check in so maybe we could have been offered a room on a different floor.

It took over a hour for the bus to come get us from the airport. The staff was rude. We had called the morning we were to arrival and specifically asked for a cot in our room and was told it wouldn’t be a problem until we got there and they refused to put the cot in our room and we were forced to purchase another room to accommodate all of us at a rate higher than I paid for the first room. I had asked for a discount because I had been given the wrong information but was told no. It really messed with our vacation as we had to use the money we planned to use for souvenirs for the room.

We aren’t sure if the property was under remodel but there was lots of places that had trim ripped ip down the halls, the doors on the room were steal and the floors were hardwood so when you close the door it’s really loud and hard to open/close. The outside noise was really loud also but the walls and floor just also seemed really thin. Other than that it was clean and everyone was nice.

We stayed there as they offer airport pick up. They said to call once ready and it will be 15-20 minutes for someone to pick us up. We waited over an hour. Totally not worth it. I would pick closer to the airport location. Then it was about 20 minutes to the hotel from the airport.

Jose the receptionist is great and helped us secure the room as we arrive early. The rooms are so spacious and clean. The only issue is the bathroom sliding door is not lockable. We have a pre-teen child with us on our trip and privacy is a must. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is okay and love the to go option as we have to be in the road to visits sites and flights early in the morning. It was a great stay. Thank you

We were originally supposed to check in on a Thursday. Our plane was late and we ended up checking in at 1:15am Friday morning. By 6am Friday morning the staff had a kitchen mistake BURNING GREASE and triggered the fire alarms. The hotel did not actually care that the guest rushed out of bed and ran outside at 6am due to a false fire alarm caused by their staffs negligence. The laughed it off. Told us enjoy some breakfast (which wasn’t fully ready to due their kitchen mistake). I also informed multiple desk staff I would need a late check out for 5pm on Saturday. 3 times I was told it would be allowed. On Saturday, during our visit to aquatica, they called our phone by 2pm and demanded we get our stuff and go. The lady at the desk was very rude. She just wanted us gone. She waited until I left the lobby and has been attempting to charge my card $200 ever since. We will never stay at a holiday inn express again.

Breakfast was great, but the fresh ground coffee machine and warm cinnamon rolls were a huge plus. Morning front desk employee was very sweet and efficient and booked us for another night when we would return a few days later. They also had a free shuttle to the airport that we plan on taking the day we leave.

My stay for the most part was good but every day we had to be looking for someone to brings us clean towels. They had run out of clean ones every day.

Breakfast was awesome. Pancake machine was down 1st day but was able to have rest of the time. The mini fridge froze all my stuff. Had great view. Parking was always close.

We did not really utilize any amenities of the hotel due to late evening check in and morning check out. The room was clean, service was good.The only negative was the breakfast. The breakfast options were very limited, rather mediocre.

There was a problem with the laundry! We washed one load of clothes and everything worked well we then washed a second load of laundry and the dryer would not work!

Our room door did not lock as the lock did not meet the hole properly. There was also mold in the bathroom and shower. The room they put us in was also in the back corner by all of the employee rooms like laundry. It also was missing furniture.

It is an average hotel. The air conditioning was so noisy at night that it was keeping us half awake. We were on the side of the road and we could hear the noisy car the whole evening and night. I did not took the time to complain because I was with the family and we arrive at 10 PM and left the next morning at eight… Not anymore…

Staff was polite, but the transportation service was horrible. We got into MCO at 4pm. I called for the shuttle and the told me about 25-30 mins. The shuttle showed up after about 25 mins. The shuttle was empty when it arrived and picked up another family that was also waiting. He asked for my name and told me that I wasn’t on the list and had to wait. I called the hotel after we had been waiting for over an hour and the told me that it would be another 30 minutes, so we ended up renting a car last minute. I liked that breakfast was offered & that there was a little sitting area outside. The breakfast was bare bones--nothing exceptional. The hotel had no Wi-Fi the first night, which is disorienting bc all you want to do is check out the surroundings.

The shades on window was torn as wide as my hand. The baseboards were gapped from the wall. The lounger was stained white stuff; look like someone had sex. Other deep spots look like blood. The bathroom need cocking around the tub and shower door. I was in room 442. The bedding was clean and bed was comfortable. The room was clean however it need a deep cleaning and upkeep. Most of the doors need painting. Lot of Scuff marks.

Staff was nice. The room was clean and they were great at getting us anything we needed. My most memorable complaint a week later is as breakfast was in its last hour or so things ran out and weren’t replaced. You needed to be at breakfast early enough to get whatever you wanted.

Breakfast options are limited compared other Hol Day Express hotel. Its free but there was no hot milk, every day was almost the same menu and maybe a microwave could work to cook the oatmeal option. Room was clean but the bathroom door (accesible room type ) did not close. So there was no privacy. Pro: room was clean with refrigerator and microwave, cozy beds, excellent parking and the location is good. Cons: the shuttle operations is up to 10pm. If you arrive after that time thru airport, you will need a Uber.

Staff was great. But once walking into the room i was just like this is what we paid for? The curtain to cover the window was slashed, like someone previously cut it and the staff decided to leave it like that. The soap bottles were dirty in the shower and the bottom of the shower had black dirt marks on the wall. We could barely sleep because you can hear all the noise outside and the a/c barely worked in the room. It was so hot my husband and i kept waking up every hour. There was a long crack in the ceiling or the “new hotel”. For the price paid it wasn’t worth it. The lobby is pretty.

Great location. Super nice staff. Housekeeping wasn’t great, they didn’t vacuum or mop our room/bathroom during our entire 11 day stay but otherwise brought fresh towels and made the bed everyday and were very nice.

I was there for 1 night. Bed was uncomfortable for me and I did not sleep well, but that me..... The AC did not cool the room and the hotel compensatedbis for that. It was very clean Staff was accomadating and breakfast was good ...

Hotel was under renovation and I was not informed prior to trip. My room was on top floor and elevator was out of service. The only problem with this was lugging suit case up 2 flights but otherwise it would not matter.

Serves its purpose for a night stay from airport, shuttle bus included and a good breakfast with some good fast food places and Walmart close by..

We needed a place to stay near the airport for one night. Had nice gym, complimentary breakfast. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom could use an update but otherwise this hotel met all our needs.

The lounge chair in the room have various stains and looked unclean, otherwise the room was clean and comfortable. The safe in the room didn’t work.

I travel periodically for business and this hotel is very convenient! Clean rooms, good breakfast, and centrally located to Lake Nona shopping and dining. Only negative was the unfriendliness of the night shift clerk. It was obvious she did not want to be there checking in or checking out guests. Totally different vibe from day shift staff who were friendly and greeted you as you came through the door.

I absolutely overlooked the breakfast included daily - I'm not talking cereal and donoughts either. Every day it was a different breakfast meat of choice (i.e. sausage, bacon, sausage links etc.); scrambled eggs, plenty of bread choices including pancakes, all kind of beverages. And the coffee? OMG I drank a few cups a day it was so good and available 24/7. Don't hesitate to book your stay. Prime location, close to the airport and in a nice area. Book here. I loved this place! It’s a fantastic place to stay in an excellent area just 8 minutes from the USTA National Campus. Breakfast starts at 6 a.m., and many restaurants and stores are within walking distance. It’s quiet and clean as well.

It was a very good experience, super clean, the staff was very friendly, plus the location is very good, it has many restaurants nearby, definitely 100% recommended

For as much as the room cost, you would expect a soft bed. The bed was hard.

I love the chain of holiday Comfort suites but this one was so so. First checked in at 10pm. Took showers got up 6am left went to our event. Surprisingly at 3 pm still didnt have fresh towels went to desk said they would bring some 4 30 5 oclock still none so i went back said they were drying and they would bring some. Not to mention the hair dryer that was in the room sparked fire when you turn it on took to front desk manager (i guess that was who he was) brought brand new one to the room. Check out time still NO FRESH TOWELS.not to mention another guest hit my car and never said anything. Also the people above us either walk heavy or were stomping the floor till after 1130pm.

All staff was approachable, friendly and willing to go above and beyond to meet our needs. The shuttle service was very convenient and the driver was very nice. Great hotel stay experience! Would highly recommend.

Everything was fine. Things that were noticed in the room that should be addressed were a crack in the ceiling that went across the room close to the window. Some bubbled paint (water) above toilet. Hair dryer didn’t work. Placement of shampoo/conditioner/body wash should be moved to side wall. Having to sit to take shower due to disability- the dispenser is in back of you and is difficult to get to. Overall, the stay was fine. The provided breakfast was adequate. It would be nice to have a microwave handy to warm items.

Had a short stay here after a cruise. We were able to check in early which was a huge plus. The front desk attendant (younger gentleman with short curly hair) was very pleasant to deal with. The free breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold options.

Good location, pleasant staff

I made this my close to airport 1 nite stay instead of the usual hub north of MCO. No regrets. Small front desk can have a line buts its your luck on a small property.

Staff was very helpful and polite. My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay!

The bed was super comfortable and it was nice to have a fridge (no freezer) and microwave. It was super clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

It was a nice stay. Quiet, clean and well maintained.

Dirty rooms and smell. No remote in room, went to front desk to try and get one - after front desk tried 5 or 6 of them out in lobby TV, gave me one that "worked". Did not work once in room - gave up on the TV. Absolutely no towels in the room, had to go back down stairs to get hand towels, shower towels and wash clothes.

If you are looking at this hotel for an airport shuttle, proceed with caution. It took 1.5 hours to be picked up from the airport only to find out their morning shuttle doesn't start until 8:00 am. Front desk answers the phone one out of every 5-6 calls.
