Myself, my daughter, and my Granddaughter and a family friend flew in from California and were greeted by the staff, very pleasant staff, and I believe the manager as well. They explained to me that we had just missed the worst storm ever in Chicago! However, their pleasantness was so welcoming. The manager even told me to grab some breakfast before I went up to my room because he knew that we were exhausted from that plane ride. I did not know what to expect at this hotel because I usually reserve with Marriott hotels, but Hilton really outdid themselves. Even the ladies that were serving, their breakfast were so kind. And it looked as if it came naturally, although they had a full hotel dealing with concerts, basketball tournaments, and baseball tournaments so kudos to the breakfast staff as well! I will most certainly search for Hilton hotels for my next trip. And because I booked through Hotels.com, I don’t think I earned any points for this visit so this is my honest review. And I almost forgot I love that. There was the option to hook up my own device, so I did bring my Chromecast and that way I was able to watch all of the shows that I wanted to watch and that I had subscribed to at home. The bedding could use an additional pillow top for comfort and the front desk could make a phone call to the guest after check in to see if there is anything they may need.

Super friendly staff, clean and updated room with a large bathroom. The hotel was quiet despite it being full of teenagers from schools for some sort of sporting event. The breakfast was decent. Typical hotel breakfast food but well stocked.

Staff was helpful and took care of all my questions. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Everything was bright and clean. They also had doggie poop bag stations around the property. Easy to clean up after your dog. Highly recommend and will be returning on our next visit.

We always choose this Hilton when visiting family in Orlando Park Il. Rooms are clean, breakfast buffet is a nice option. Love the make it yourself fresh waffles. Ez access to restaurants and shopping. Staff is friendly especially Lesley at the front desk she may the day manager. She made sure we were taken care of when Hotels.com messed up my room request.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and my stay was wonderful from start to finish. The staff were friendly, the room was comfortable, and everything was well maintained. Overall, it was a great experience in every way. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
