Our stay was good. The room wasn’t the cleanest but it was doable. The staff was helpful and quick.

All appliances (tv, fridge, microwave) were unplugged and no one from the staff would help us get them working. Once connected we still couldn’t get the tv to work. The fridge made loud compressor noises frequently. The microwave randomly beeped. The air conditioner didn’t work properly. And there was no signage around. The hotel to direct you to emergency exits or the elevators. I could understand that if the walls were freshly painted or it was just finished being under construction but it obviously was not.

The room was fine. I didn't really like that there were gambling games right next to the front desk. I had to explain gambling to the kids.

This is an older Property and they (staff) do their best to keep it up. It will be time in the near future, to update the Property. Hopefully within the next few years. My only complaint is that the double bed room is not, a Queen bed but, an XL twin if you will. Toward the end of our stay I, did switch to the a Suite with the fold out sofa bed for our two grandchildren and the King bed for my Wife and Myself. For the Price Through Hotels.com, I would stay again.

Location Breakfast was disappointing, rooms don’t get cleaned daily , have to go downstairs to get extra towels . Elevators are scary . TV and lights would randomly turn on and off .

Front Desk staff was top notch! Room was very clean and smelled wonderful! Bed was comfy, breakfast was much more than I expected. Quiet hotel. I could even see the city from my window!

Excellent customer service and convenient location for the best shopping experience in Orland Park.

The room was fine. The main light was out in the bathroom. I let the front desk know in the morning, and she said they would send a maintenance guy up. I let her know that we were were getting ready for an event and would be leaving in about 1/2 an hour if he could wait. She told me that wasn't a problem. 5-10 minutes later he shows up. I apologized and told him we would need another 15 minutes as my daughter was literally using the bathroom and getting ready. He visibly rolled his eyes, muttered "yeah okay" and off he went. Thankfully, when we returned to the room, the light was fixed. When booking the hotel, I wasn't sure what our schedule was for my daughter's tournament. I needed 3 nights but I needed a night earlier than what I originally booked and would be leaving a day earlier. I asked if they would make the change and they refused. Hotels.com tried for me with no luck. So I had to pay for 4 nights even though I only needed 3. I have worked at a hotel -- it shouldn't have been a big deal for them to work with me but they refused. Just basic customer service. I definitely won't be staying when we go back next year.

However, for two days it seemed like someone in a nearby room was smoking, and the smell came strongly into my bathroom. The odor was very intense and made it uncomfortable to even be inside the bathroom, so I had to leave it closed and avoid using it for a while. By the time I returned in the afternoon, the smell had gone away. Aside from that issue, everything else was fine.

Clean rooms and quiet. Breakfast could have been better. Staff was great but manager was kinda rude.

The hotel and rooms were very clean. Great location to restaurants and stores. Just 3 miles from highway. Bed was comfortable and hotel was quiet. Breakfast was ok:pre-made egg patties, sausage, waffles (blueberry & regular), bagels, muffins, toast, yogurt, juice, coffee, hot water.

I used to stay there years ago and it being in the heat of Orland Park I thought it would still be a nice place to stay. It was not it has become run down and under kept and boarders a drug motel these days.

Didn't liked the breakfast and didn't like the deposit of 100.00, stays on my account too long I figure fast as you take it out is the same speed putting it back in my account.

The room felt old, the moldy smell through out the hotel was unbearable. Couldn’t cancel the reservation. Expedia gave them 2.5 stars putting them on the same level as the Hampton inn across the street. But they barely deserve 1.5 stars

We checked in and given the key cards and went to the room. Walked in the room which was dark and noticed a large lump in the bed and at first thought somebody was there and freaked out a bit. Realized that it was a mound of sheets and pillows. The room hadn’t been cleaned. Went back to the lobby and the clerk put us in another room. She was very apologetic and nice. I have stayed here, because it is normally quiet, because it’s built from concrete and brick. I have noticed that the Hotel could stand for updates. Painting, tile work, lamp shades it’s getting very worn and grungy looking. The pillows are the smallest pillows I have ever seen in a hotel. They are like throw pillows!!! If they are the pillows that are going to be used, there should be at least 6 of them on a King size bed. Because of the grungy aesthetic we are considering looking for a new Hotel in the area when we visit family there.

Staff were fine. We haven’t stayed here in a while. The place needs some serious remodeling and updates. The carpets are full of stains and even the elevator floor was filthy. The beds and bath were adequate but the climate control is erratic. We finally just opened a window to get fresh air. Won’t be back any time soon.

This property is in serious need of a make-over. Very outdated furnishings and room offerings. What was labeled a suite was far short of any other suite I've stayed in.

The staff, the cleaningness of the entire place. It’s a great place to stay.

The only issue we had was the room temperature. It could only be adjusted by radiators in the room, which only blew out hot air. When we called to see if there was any other way to turn down the temp as the room was very warm, the answer was to turn off the radiators and open the windows. Other than that, the room was clean and staff was friendly.

Facility is showing age. Carpet clean but still showed older stains. TV is small (about 32 in diag) and picture does not show edges - missing score and info at top and bottom of screen. Someones makeup on floor behind chair. Latch on bathroom door missing faceplate. Grout in bathroom molding done very poorly. We will probably not stay at this location next trip to Orland Park.

We needed a place to stay for 3 days while our house is being worked on. The staff was accommodating, the room was exceptional and a really good value. I would definitely recommend.

I called for towels while getting ready to jump in the shower I had to get re-dressed because there wasn’t enough staff to bring up the towels, I was asked to come pick up my towels or wait until 10 pm when there was relief .

Everybody was friendly at this hotel! However, the shower had a bunch of white junk that made the water get the of about 5 inches deep and taking a shower, not training well and it was a terrible showerhead that looked like it could come off for you to be able to put it on your back leg and I couldn’t figure out how to work it also need to have a table with a couple of chairs to eat in our room and or playing cards

I checked in at 12 o’clock at night because my flight was late so I went to the room I was checking the bathroom and the bedroom and the bathroom wall had roaches and the bedroom so I called the front desk and asked them if I could check out because the roaches about to charge for the room after they said they’re not gonna charge for the room because I spent 10 minutes in it then I Had to call the manager because they charged me for the room and she believe is like a favor to me that she will refund me the money and the place has invested with roaches

Pretty dirty - carpets, elevators. Harsh flourescent bulbs in lobby and dining area. Bathroom was dingy, rusty, and mouldy around the tub. 2 light fixtures did not work in our room. Wish I had paid a bit more and stayed at the Hampton Inn.

The entire 5th floor of the hotel had no air conditioning which included our room when we arrived it showed 90 degrees in our room. We were moved to a different room and floor at our request which was cooler but there were holes on the walls Front desk staff was friendly and helpful

I had to walk up a big ramp to my room. Hard to do with a walker. I thought the room was handicapped accessible but it wasn’t. I also thought it was 2 queens sized bed but it wasn’t. Unable to take a shower here

The hostess was very nice and helpful. She was friendly and pleasant. The room was nice. Pretty clean, bathroom was clean as well. The only con I would say is the ac unit. It made strange noises at night and had a strange odor to it. The refrigerator didn’t work either. Was able to keep drinks cool by using the freezer though. I would stay here again and the experience was good.

Stay was fine, we had a dog across the hall barking quite a bit so that was rather annoying but not the hotels fault. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was enjoyable. Nearby food options were delish

The room was very spacious and had everything we needed to be comfortable, clean, and content. I was pleased they had the eco friendly shampoo and conditioner although the conditioner needed a refill. We were able to be budget conscious because there was a cooktop, sink, mini fridge and microwave in our room. Also the free breakfast was great and had something for everyone. There were no disturbances either so the staff was doing a great job ensuring guests were cordial. We couldn’t beat the value and would gladly stay again.

When I brought it up to the front desk, they just shrugged and said it’s been like that for years. Completely unacceptable. If you’re going to advertise amenities, they should actually exist. Very disappointed and would not stay here again.

The hotel is in a fantastic area! The lobby was nice. For the money spent for two nights (almost $500), I feel the room was disappointing. The room, needs updating …heater/ air unit old, carpet old, television too little (32 inches), pillows too small, toilet sounded like it was running all night, curtains need sheer curtains along with the heavy curtains and the elevators were very slow.

Housekeeping is not good. First set of towels were skimpy and dingy. No one emptied garbage, changed towels, or provided toilet paper, coffee, cups for 4 nights and it was done only at my request.

The spiral staircase is nice.

The heat was blasting in our room when we arrived. That took about an hour to bring to a tolerable temp. Beds were not comfortable at all and one of them made an awful metal noise when you got in and out of it. It was clean and the check in / breakfast staff were very nice. But for me a bed makes the stay. Barely slept and I am body is paying for it today.

Overall, the stay was not bad, some updating to ac units and better cleaning would improve my overall impressions. I am allergic to mold and it causes me to have bad migraines. I woke up Saturday morning with one and noticed on the bathroom fan there was some mold.

I booked this place based on a previous stay when I was here for a wedding. However, my most recent stay was horrible. The unit I stayed in was not clean. The refrigerator did not work and some of the staff had horrible customer service.

Staff was helpful and kind. Hotel was clean but in need of renovation. I wish they would set up a doggie bag post and provide a way for pet owners to pick up after their dog. I carry my own bags. But it was clear, only half pick up after their dogs.

Paid for my room on affirm when u get there I stood there for 15 mins waiting on some one to show up, the front end look run down, then charged a extra deposit for the room that I didn’t have on my card! I was on the road and needed a quick nap, so ended just having to leave , and still stuck paying for the room on affirm!

I would probably book again here. The hotel is old and it shows, but it is clean.

Forgot my wedding ring, called Lisa and she personally went to our room. And she found my wedding ring. Much Kudos to Lisa, you are an asset to the hotel.

Our rooms and hotel it’s self smelled like cigarette smoke and needed to be updated it’s a bit run down smelly

Guess they are remodeling. Because when you walk in it smell like the carpet has been wet and they trying to clean it up. The housekeeper started knocking on the door at 10am. If checkout is 11. Why would i be gone already. The light in the shower didn’t work. And the doorknob on the bathroom door was not screwed to the door. I don’t know if the room they gave my family was being worked on before they check us in or not. I didn’t take any picture. We were only there for a night. I just want to get some rest so I could get back on the road
