Staff was very friendly, very helpful, got us into our room quickly, very polite, and the room was in moderate shape. I will say we had a little bit of toilet issues with a backup. Staff understood and was taking care of it. We were only there for about 12 hours, just coming in late one night and leaving the next morning, but definitely had put a lot of band-aids on repairs that were needed. Some of this standard upkeep I felt like could have been better, but at least commend the staff for being very polite and helpful.

The room I had booked was next to the exit door. The 1st floor seemed very noisy and I was not sure it was safe. Luckily, my room wasn’t made, Brandon, the host that night was amazing and his manager decided to upgrade me to the 3rd floor. Room was quiet and safe. On the floor, it seemed like someone had walked in shit with their shoes and that the cleaning team didn't remove it. I cleaned the floor with a towel as it was pretty dirty. In the bathroom, there were some hairs on the floor and in the bathtub. Bed was good and clean. Kitchen was clean as well. The room I had booked was next to the exit door. The unit was clean and staff friendly. The bed was basically a bag of springs held in shape with a sheet. It was awful. Our room was next to the laundry which ran all night. Didn't get any sleep

This is a very good location for any movement around the west end of Omaha. Close to main roads, interstate and several restaurants are within 5-10 minutes. The suite had everything needed. What I believe I appreciated the most was the quietness of my room. Its been reported previously, but the keys won’t hold a code more than a day or two, so just have them reset every evening when you come in. There is typically a rather strong smell of pot in the area, whether vaped or otherwise. Hard to escape that anywhere these days…

The property is clean, the people are nice, and the staff is very nice. Some of the rooms don’t have matching appliances, but that’s not a real issue. I found a roach. Unfortunately, there are a lot of people who have to stay there for a lengthy amount of time and I’m assuming that someone has brought that in to the facility. So eventually, I had to leave the hotel and find another one after two days.
