Room was very clean and had a personalized welcome message on the screen. Breakfast was ample and delicious, restocked promptly.

We had a loud noise with our ac and told the staff and they said they would send maintenance to check on it. But nothing was done. Also we requested a room cleaning on Saturday and they didn’t clean our room. They did clean on Sunday to makeup for Saturday. Also had many problems with the water pressure from the shower and sink. 5 minutes or more sometimes to actually be able to take a shower.

Shower stream during my stay was very poor throughout my 6 day stay.

Breakfast provided was good and the staff was exceptional. Great location for easy navigation to all aspects of Omaha. Pool area was poor. Towels were never stocked and the ceiling seems to be crumbling into the pool.

The receptionist has poor customer service skills. I booked and paid two months in advance, yet when I arrived at the hotel, neither my room nor my reservation was ready. The manager simply said they had resold the rooms and told me to just accept the one being offered. Very poor customer service.

I arrived after midnight for a late check in and when I got up to my room the AC wasn't working. The front desk staff said there was nothing they could do and could not issue a refund. He also stated there was no emergency maintenance and no replacement rooms he could give me and they were fully booked on a Tuesday. He took down my number and said he'd have a manager call me. I ended up having to go to another hotel but I have not been contacted or refunded for a place I did not stay.

Property is doing some renovations however they were not very disruptive- always good to have places keeping their property updated! Only issue we had wad Air Conditioner in the room was a bit loud
