The air conditioning didn’t work in room 319 and the cover was off at the bottom of the pool for the filter or piping and we told staff and nothing was done! Definitely needs reported to someone!

Easy to get to. Lights didn’t work in the room. USB plugs were not accessible to plug in devices. Bathroom sink drained extremely slow. Had to tell the front desk if all the problems. Maybe they wouldn’t have known about the usb plugs but housekeeping should have definitely known that the main light switch didn’t work and that the sink drained slowly. Overall the staff was nice and friendly but needs some paying attention to detail in the rooms.

Beds were clean and comfortable. I liked that there was a microwave and fridge. The floors and carpet were really dirty. It felt slimy and slick my crocs kind of slipped on the bare floor. It was gross to the point that after I showered and went straight to bed my feet felt icky and it made the covers feel the same way. I think breakfast should start at 6 am. The pillows were not comfy

Out toilet seat was broken, no mat to put on the floor after showering, the shade was broken so our room was in permenant black out with minimal lamps to turn on. The breakfast was great with potatoes, egg and cheese omelets, sausage, cereals and pastries, yogurt, hot drinks and fruit. Comfortable beds and pillows with fluffy comforters. Very bare bones rooms and decorating. It needed repairs

I booked this room because I live far away and my son was going to have surgery very early in the morning the next day. When I arrived I checked into my room and was greeted by a bed bug on the bed. The room was also dirty and smelled like mold. I went to the front desk to make them aware of the bed bug and wanted a new room. She immediately denied that they have any bed bugs and then followed me to the room so I could show her the bug. She claimed that the bug that was on the bed was not a bed bug but a knat. This bug cannot fly, did not have wings, and could not be squished. It was clearly a bed bug. She said she would call her exterminator guy the next day and proceeded to let me know how I shouldn't put bags and my belongings on the beds. Once going back to the front desk, they told me they were full for the night so they couldn't switch me rooms. I asked for a refund and in return they said they could give me a room that was down for maintenance at the time that didn't even have enough beds to accommodate the amount of guests we had and didn't have functioning features. We ended up not being able to even find another hotel until 11:00 at night when my son was supposed to wake up for surgery around 4:00 a.m.. I reached out to them several times in regards to a refund for the terrible accommodations and inconvenience that they had caused. They refuse to reply or answer and when Expedia reached out to them they claimed there was no bugs.
