Exceptional

This was my graduation trip, and honestly the hotel was the worst part. At check in, no one explained the amenities, and the ice machines were down. At checkout staff continued a conversation while we waited (Staff: African American lady and man). When finally helped I was told a receipt would be emailed but no one confirmed my email. When I asked, they gave another guest’s name. I corrected it and provided my email, but it still was not confirmed. We were never asked about our stay, and I still have not received a receipt. Overall, very disappointing

Ultra modern Euro-Chic vibe. Barebones amenities. No kitchen except for purchased candies and pastries (limited supplies) a la carte breakfast items reheated by microwave in back room. Modernist furnishings.

The shower was poorly designed. The whole bathroom flooded when taking a shower because the trim didn’t keep the water in shower part. And the shower head wouldn’t sit in the holder right so we had to hold the shower head the whole time. Also, the lamps didn’t work by the bed.

Comfortable bed. Big television. A small refrigerator that had a quick cool option. The small, curved corner couch and table were uncomfortable to use. Requested an iron and ironing board plus extra towels our first night. The lobby staff weren't too excited to go get them. They didn't have to take them to the room as I carried them up. The 2nd evening I asked the lobby staff if we could get 2 more towels brought up to our room as we were leaving for dinner. They were never brought to our room. I finally caught the cleaning person on the morning of our 4th day and got towels from her. We never requested our room be cleaned but expected clean towels to be provided. Seemed like there was always adequate staff at the front desk to make our simple requests happen.

Extremely comfortable and cozy bed. The tap was loose; there was hair in the shower; the person contacting the booking message was very unresponsive (up to 4 weeks reply time); TV functionalities like Bluetooth connection to device or Netflix did not work

The location was very convenient and the staff were pleasant. Pool opened too late in the morning to enjoy. Breakfast was too late on the weekend to enjoy. We are early risers. Bed was too soft. Internet for the TV didn't work for most of the stay.

Staff is always exceptionally friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable I wish the water pressure was a little more robust in the showers.

Staff and location was great. Nice decor and vibe. The mattress was worn and had a dip. At the least rotating the mattress would be good. The floor of the shower stall was super slippery with the water softener (which was good for my skin and hair) I suggest having rubber mats. I ending up buying one because I was afraid of falling in the shower.
