I thought by getting a hotel owned by Wyndham it would be really nice, but this place was absolutely disgusting. I meant to take pictures of it, but I forgot. the place is dirty. The place needs a lot of upgrades. It needs a lot of repair. I will admit the pool was clean and my grandkids enjoyed that. For $200 a night, including taxes definitely not worth it. Definitely not. I had the room for two nights after my first night I got a message that said they’re in my room and I left stuff in there. I called them and said well cause I had that room for tonight as well and they’re like well You told somebody at the front desk you were checking out I said no I did not. I did not talk to anybody so they checked me back into the room. Then when I went to have to get my keys for the room again the lady said that’s because you dropped your keys off at the counter. That’s why we closed out your room no, I didn’t. No I didn’t. I have my keys right here so They might’ve just made a mistake and moved out the wrong room which is OK I don’t mind. just be honest, but definitely will never stay at another. Wyndham resort again ever never it was was gross. It was gross.

Nothing, it was horrible!!! Highly suggest booking go look at this location and remove it from there website! Everything!!! So gross!! Everything was stained and dirty!

Pets are allowed, but it would be nice to have a pet-friendly area and a pet-free area. We heard the dogs next door barking and scratching the heck out of the door - definitely one of the reasons for the property being pretty run down.

The staff was kind and welcoming, the hotel rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The air conditioning was well-maintained and parking was accessible. The breakfast wasn't too bad either it had a waffle iron, bread, some cereal, milk, yogurt, and juice. Overall a very nice property to stay at.

No phone, no soap, no shampoo, no sheets on bed, tv didn't work, burn hole in the curtain. No one at the front desk. Very rough and way overpriced.

Not much to like …parking was small and front desk person left us inside waiting to check in while outside smoking and came in on phone and asked us to wait so she could finish what she was doing on phone AC not easy to operate …weird odor in room and hall way

Very well central located Our room was very dirty, vomit still on the side of the toilet from someone else, carpet was stained and sticky, tv didn't work. Room smelled like smoke and hallways smelled like weed.

Not that great T.v did not work. I notified the front desk 3 different times and was told that maintenance would come by and fix the issue. T.v.was not fixed at all. 3 days with out a working TV. No sound, picture no volume, just a black screen. Differently would like a full refund.

The front desk receptionist was super nice but when we went around the property there were piles of trash and old recliners along side the building. The building smelled when we entered. Our room had a broken lamp shade and the curtains had holes in there. It smelled super musty. We chose not to stay and the receptionist refunded us without question.
