The proprty is not close to the interstate. Overall the rooms wwere clean and staff was nice and friendly. The property charges 7.00 for parking, and 13.99 for a basic continnental breakfast, or pay 10..00 upon check in. Go somewhere else and eat. I travel that way twice a year and have never had to pay for a basic continental meal. Wouldnt stay there again.

Breakfast was supposed to start at 6AM, and I have to leave for work by 6:15 but many of the mornings the lights were still out by that time and the coffee was cold. The elevator shook and rattled like it was going to come crashing down. The first room they put me in, the air conditioning did not work and they had to move me at 10 at night. The 4th floor where they moved me had an putrid rotten smell as soon as you got off the elevator, it was gag inducing. Very unhappy with my stay and the lack of maintenance at this hotel. Will never stay again.

The staff member had to call a manager for everything I asked, the security guard outside checking parking was so unfriendly, and paying for breakfast is ridiculous.

My son found a dirty sock in our room as soon as we walked in. The shower had hair, mind you it was only one hair but still that doesn’t give the impression of being cleaned.

An older employee approached us aggressively while trying to grab our breakfast.

Room was clean. Pool was super cold no light for the evening so it was dark out there. Heaters in rooms did not turn on. Check in staff was amazing. Bar staff could use a little enthusiasm we felt an inconvenience.

Easy place to stay in Odessa

Only downfall was we didn’t use the pool bc of the cold weather but everything else was great . Would have loved a free breakfast but can’t win em all

I had a room that had a drain in the bathroom floor and smelled like sewer. I ended up putting a wet rag over it so I could stay in the room.

The hotel was clean and nice looking. The staff were professional. The pantry (place to get drinks and snacks) was well stocked with snacks, but had no diet drinks or water to buy. I asked about it and was told they only had water for rewards members only. When I booked the hotel room, it showed a walk-in shower in the picture (my wife and I are handicapped), but the staff said they have only tubs in every room at that location. Also, pounding footsteps above us all night.

The water pressure was not good from the shower, the bottom of the wall in the bathroom was broken and missing. The hallway carpet needs to be clean or replaced. I did not get house keeping. When I left my room in the morning staff were out in the hall talking so I’m not sure why my room was never clean and when I went to ask the front desk Edwin said they are gone for the day, but he said he will add points sense I am a member for my inconvenience which I don’t know if I received them. The tv did not have good sound. Also I got charged for two days for breakfast and I only ate one day. I booked for 4 days I left a day early, my stay was not good!

All staff were excellent! Every one was very polite and helpful! Checking was easy and fast. Breakfast services were great! All food was fresh and hot. The breakfast staff kept tables, floors and the food bar very clean and were very polite. They maintained the pool daily and kept the pool area clean as well! The first level bathrooms were clean also. Would absolutely stay here again!

My husband and I are in town to attend an event at the Colosseum. The hotel was easy to find, staff were very helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Would recommend friends to stay here.

First I checked in and the guy ant the front desk gave me a key card to a room that was already being used. And the restaurant was not open. I specifically sought out a hotel with a restaurant due to my long ride across country and fail. Restaurant was not open.

Stayed 2 nights on the 3rd floor and the elevator was out. We are an older couple with knee and hip issues. Not a pleasant experience!!! We asked to move to first floor. No room available.

Both elevators out of service, given room with two queens when I reserved a king, reserved with breakfast included and they charged me for breakfast. Front desk service was sub-par and not helpful at all. Poor customer service all around.

Breakfast come to find out, is $13.50 per person. Surprise!

Had booked at another hotel but due to delays I arrived late for the check in and discovered they cancelled my reservation. I had no place to stay and went to this hotel by then it was early morning, and the staff were super kind and friendly. They found me a room but it hadn't been cleaned. I was SOOO exhausted I didn't make a fuss about it and simply crashed on the bed that hadn't been slept in. It allowed me to sleep a couple of hours and shower. Mind you I always bring my own towels and toiletries etc. so not having any available was fine with me. If I hadn't been so tired I would not have been ok staying in this room. However, given my unique circumstances I made do.

Staff was excellent, workout room was nice. Negatives would be very low water pressure in shower, also the blinds dont go all the way down and there are lights outside in a parking lot that pierce into you at night. I had to block with pillows in window.14$ for breakfast also unfortunate.

No complementary breakfast. One notice I received after the non refundable reservation was made informed me that there would be a $7 per day parking charge. I don't understand the design of the bathroom sink and faucet at Holiday Inn Express...the sink is large enough but the faucet only sticks out about an inch into the sink which makes washing your hands very awkward.

Tv stations didn’t work, was informed that key cards may not work. Didn’t have any issues though other than the tv would come on but the stations wouldn’t work well and the coffee sugar and stiring bags were already opened by a previous guest

First of all staff was very nice including Jonathon at front desk ( night time shift ) he was so friendly & professional he is definitely a keeper. Manager was nice but , I felt I was ignored concerning the issue I had during my stay. I found a long hair in bathroom floor & I took a pic of I had a miserable night the sheets stunk like dog stench we got moved to another room same sheets stunk I even broke out in a rash as well as my granddaughter had 2 sleepless & not rested nights! It was very disappointing!

I reserved a room with double queen beds and a sofa, when I got to the hotel, they told me the didn't have the room I reserved. I was very disappointed. They said Expedia doesn't have control of the inventory and that I should reserved through the hotel not expedia
