Clean. Nice room and hotel. Went down at 9am for breakfast ( which was over at 10) and the food was scarce. No attendant was to be found. She finally appeared as we were leaving.

Recently remodeled room as a matter of fact they are still remodeling. Looked nice. Good breakfast selections. The floor in my room was very very very dirty. The main lobby entryway was cleaner than the floor in my room. I was told the cleaning staff would be notified but no one came to clean it.

There were no amenities. the staff is rude and uncooperative and unaccommodating. it was under construction and dust was everywhere. would not recommend going to this hotel

Hotel is in the middle of a remodel. Lobby is in disarray, rooms loook like they had some work done recently, but nothing over the top. Flooring mainly. I checked in and was given room keys. Wenr to room to find rhey gave me a double queen, when i rseerved king. Tried to call downstairs and ohone innroom didnt work. Went back downstairs and was given another room key for different room. Went upstairs and room i was given key for was occupied. Went back downstairs again and got another room key. This time key worked and room was correct. As i mentioned above, room's were recently renovated. Bathroom door had dust on top of it from remodel. I hung towel on the door from showering and pulled down dust all over myself when i removed it. At checkout, staff was standing around the front desk, but no one acknowledged me standing there. Finally someone else comes up and asks if i need to check out. Overall, not a very good Hilton experience.

The property was fine, it was the staff at the front office at the time of my check in that was very rude and made it seemed like she didn’t want us to stay there. She even asked me if I was going to stay there or go somewhere else before she ran my card when I had already paid for my room.

They are under construction and they are not ready for prime time.There is no water pressure at all in the sink.I mean, it's ribble, there's no breakfast there.The rooms are so plain and ugly compared to other hampton.Inns, i've surveyed in, and i've stayed in a lot around the country.This is really a letdown.I hope i'm going to get a refund of part of what I paid.Because this should not be a full priced room

The staff alkng with how clean even with some remodeling going on. The breakfast could have been better though. They coffee wasn’t put out in a timely manner when it ran out. Along with the sausage and eggs.

Staff was very friendly, decent breakfast set up, and sheets were clean. The rest of the room and hotel not very clean. Shower was dingy. Lots of dust build up in corners. Chairs and bottoms of walls were torn up. Hopefully the remodel fixes this. Wont pick this one next time.

Clean room, nice people. I do wish the remote would've allowed me to use netflix. the new clean remote only works on TV, so the additional features offered on the TV are useless.

The only postive comment I can make is that Ashley the Manager was very kind and helpful with check in and setting us up for Hilton Honors to save us on Early Check in. Other than that, for the price we paid, the beds were uncomfortable and cheap, the Fire Alarm in the room Flashed all night, The breakfast options were lacking and bland, and the "Construction Remodel" Removed Convenience from side exits to easier access to our Vehicle.

The first room was filled with mold smell and the bathtub had mold on it. The second room carpet was very dirty and the chair was damaged. They charged us for a stay at Hampton in Odessa on the 8th. We did not stay at Hampton in Odessa on the 8th. We checked out that morning. They told us no charges on 8th.

Under renovation as of early July 2025. (1) It needs a renovation, so good for them. (2) Staying at a hotel while its being renovated has some issues naturally.

I always request the highest floor available. The property accommodated this request; however, their elevator is out of service and I did not know until my arrival/check-in. They said this is clearly posted on their website. I told them I booked through Expedia and wasn’t aware. They could not move me to a lower floor. Using the stairs was not pleasant with luggage. Additionally, the electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work and it appeared it may have been this way awhile, as the reset button was cracked. Did I overlook the elevator outage on Expedia?

We reserved an accessible room. When we arrived, the room was on the second floor and the elevator was broken. We were told someone tried to reach out to us but I had no missed calls nor voicemail. We were able to arrange a double room on the first floor that at least had a grab bar in the tub.

DO NOT STAY HERE !!! My reservation was from May 2nd - May 4th. On May 2nd we arrived at approximately 10:00 pm. There was a big note on the door stating “elevators are out of order. There are stairs on the right and left to use. Sorry for the inconvenience.” As we proceeded to check in to our room, I asked the front desk resceptionist “merley” if there was any possible chance for us to request a room change to the 1st floor since I had a recent knee injury. It was not stated on Expedia nor on the Hilton App that their hotel was “being renovated and that the elevators were out of order” otherwise I would’ve never booked with Hampton Inn. “Merley” was very dry in her responses and stated “all rooms are occupied right now but you can come back tomorrow morning and see if maybe someone checks out for you all to move to a room on the first floor.” Mind you, we had a tournament to go to for one of my kids the next day which is an all day event. I told her we would be leaving to the tournament at approximately 8 am and wouldn’t be returning until later in the day. She stated “you can come back at noon and see if anything is available, whoever is working in the morning can help you,” with such a careless attitude. We proceeded to keep the room in the third floor that they gave us and went up and down the stairs as necessary. So much happened that does not fit in this “review box” but basically we did not get a room change until the next afternoon at approximately 2:00 pm..

There was trash (to go container with food) near the elevator bay on the 2nd floor. It was there on Thursday when we checked in. And all day Friday . And also on Saturday, when we checked out. Room had an overwhelming fragrance - like headache inducing. I don't know if they were trying to cover up a smoke smell (though they claim to be smoke free). So if you are sensitive to perfume-y smells, you might want to check it out before you book a room. Toilet is very low to the floor and tight between two walls. And the outlets are installed upside down, which is a fire hazard. Breakfast was good. Lots of options. waffles, sausage, Egg White Frittata, cereal, fruit, boiled eggs, oatmeal. I think it's an average hotel for the area. We chose it based on location. Convenient to everything we were there for.

This is an older Hampton, but was in surprisingly good shape. I was here for 3 nights for a family event and had now issues. The Desk people stayed in the back a lot, but responded quickly and were more that accommodating to every request. I am now and always have been a big Hampton/Hilton fan.

The restroom light was out in room #311 and the lighting was bad had one mirror to work with and that was definitely not enough considering me and my family were there for a wedding! The other room we could never get the tv to work that was room #309. It was definitely NOT the best stay for the price I paid!

Hotel and room itself were better then average. Clean and good size room, better then average breakfast, good location relative to the area we were looking at, prompt, friendly staff. A few negatives: noise from outside of room (neighbors) and street were very high, not enough pillows, ac was cool but inconsistent, not enough layers on bed making body temperature control very difficult (sheet and very thick top cover only)

Bathroom in room was not cleaned. Very disappointing after driving for 15 hours to get there. Just wanted to take a shower and relax but the user bar of soup and who knows what hairs told me otherwise.

They didn’t have the room I booked so I was put in a handicap accessible room the beds are not very comfortable. The entire place needs a renovation. Their snack machines were broken, I’m more upset I wasn’t able to get the room I booked then the place needing a renovation tbh. The woman at the desk blamed Expedia for their issues. I will never stay there again.

It was very easy to make our reservation through Expedia.com. We messaged the hotel to let them know that we would be arriving late, around 1:30 am. When we arrived that had us listed as “No show”. When we arrived at the room the Sticker showing that the room had been “sanitized” was not there. When we told the front desk she argued that the room had been cleaned. After looking at the room she moved us to another room. When we got the 2nd room, 2am by this time, the room had not been vacuumed (crumbs on the floor) nor had the bathroom been well cleaned (hairs in the sink, sink and tub faucets dirty) The next morning when we told the manager, he said that since we had booked through Expedia he couldn’t do anything for us.

Good adoption of COVID-19 precautions. Staff wore masks. Guest mask-wearing was a mixed bag, but there weren’t many people around. Room was clean. We felt that reasonable health precautions were being taken.
