The location of the property is perfect. We were in town for a basketball tournament held at the children’s health sport multiplex. We were only 3 min driving through the parking lots. There were many eating establishments in walking distance. Papa John’s, Popeyes, Back porch drafthouse etc. Walmart is 2 exits down. I didn’t like that my floor, the second floor, smelled like smoke. Although it was supposed to be a non smoking room/floor.

Breakfast was ok, proximity to other restaurants is PERFECT. A group of us and our children were there for a running event and the but the pool is not heated and there is a not a hot tub.

As far as my stay…room was clean but shower curtain allows for water to leak all over the bathroom causing extremely slippery situation requiring the use of all the towels to absorb the water. Then requested more clean towels and was never provided any. Breakfast was not great. Was rather sparse. Fruit was going bad and the eggs were watery.

It was OK if you just need a place to sleep at night. Pool is pretty small. Some areas didn't smell great.

The hotel was disgusting. The lobby smelled horrible and the room smelled even worse. Very unclean and unwelcoming. There were hand and finger prints in the elevator. The good things, the bed and pillows were comfy.

the room had some kind of smell - a BBQ smell probably from the last customer. I kept spraying air freshener but couldn't completely mask it.

Central to where we wanted to get to even with a car. You cannot walk to places nearby due to the highways/freeways. No footpath to walk on. Need to hire car coming to this part of Texas Tanger outlet is just a couple of minutes drive and plenty of fast food chains like InandOut, Chickfila or Chipoltle nearby We stayed 4 nights and no cleaning done at all. Expected to have at least once or twice of housekeeping done.

I didn’t like anything about the stay, the staff was rude, breakfast was always cold and not properly set up. When I first arrive my bedding was dirty and they had to clean them again before me going in I didn’t like anything about my stay. I will never go back nor recommend them to anyone

The room was clean but the alarm (which we did not set) went off at 5am. At 7am you could hear the people above us loud and clear. There was no insulation between the ceiling and their floor. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Breakfast was picked over and not refilled. Disappointing.

Then the 5:30 garbage truck banging the dumpsters. Not to mention the semi trucks across the street dropping trailers and making tons of noise at 4am. I think I was able to get about 2 hours of sleep each night.

The location was great and the staff was very friendly. They said they cleaned our room, but we found makeup stains in the bathroom. We also found pizza crust, and we didnt have any food at the hotel, near the couch.

I have a very bad experience because on the web when I made the check in ask for the hotel they ask so much information about me and I think it's not necessary and at the and they offer some upgrades for the room and I guess is good, but in this case I take the upgrade to change from 1 bed to two beds and I receive an email with the confirmation about it but when I arrive to the hotel the employee just give me a card for the room but when I open it my surprise was that the room just have 1 bed, so I go back to the lobby and the employee just said that the hotel was full, that he don't know who approved the upgrade and finished with a smile. So this was a really bad night and really bad service.

Nice motel We stayed 3 days for an event at Texas Motor Speedway which is right on the other side of the freeway. Two downfalls are the main intersection by the freeway is packed with cars. Lots of traffic. Second thing is there is no room for trailer parking at the Hotel. Besides that it was a great time.

The curtain was moldy. Only two hangers per room which we were two persons. Even you asked them they would not give you extra .TV only has sound no picture. Smells someone smoking and went through the air conditioner to our room day and night.Only has one washing machine and one dryer in the whole building which needs a lot of coins and they don’t even have coins for you to change.

Hotel was clean and in good condition. They use the Lavender Fabuloso cleaner in the foyer, as do many public spaces, which for us that have extreme asthma, is extremly harmful for compromised respiratory systems. Not a complaint, just a heads up. Otherwise its a nice facility.

We stayed in a King Suite which is great for 2 people working and/or sleeping. There was a leak in the shower from the upstairs shower that they had to fix and they were great in taking that room offline until we left or it was repaired. Great location for a work trip

Property was presentable upon arrival. We stayed there for 5 nights and had housekeeping come once and only to give us new toilet paper and new towels. No beds made, no room cleaned, no bathroom cleaned. Bit disappointing

It was late and I was tired and thirsty when I arrived. There was NO water available for purchase! All they had was sugary cokes and Dr Pepper! Really, no water?????? Un acceptable!

Breakfast was pretty good, room was very nice and clean! Stayed for 4 days and the first day our towels provided were wet and had to ask for new ones. second day they picked up our towels and provided fresh towels. 3rd day they did not come by and pick up our dirty towels or provide clean ones and we had to ask for new ones, as well as more toilet paper. 4th day same as 3rd. Still had all of our towels from day 2 and still no new towels and had to go down and ask for clean ones. They did give us half a day refund since we left on day 5 instead of day 6. Front desk attendants and staff were very nice and friendly. Just could’ve been better room service for our stay!

Bathtub/shower needs attention. Found out at checkout that we paid about $30 more thru Expedia than if we would have called / walked in. They couldn't do anything about it. Disappointing but our fault. Call the hotel prior to booking - my advice.

My husband and I checked in Thursday and checked out Sunday. That’s 3 nights and 4 days. Not one time did we have housekeeping even after we asked twice. It’s was my husband and I and we were only give 1 wash 1 hand and 1 body towel each for the whole visit even when I asked several times. I had to go speak with someone to get towels and then they sent housekeeping to get them. She wasn’t aware that I had asked for them or I spoke Spanish and she started talking bad about me asking for extra towels. She had nothing to say when I chimed in the conversation. They had “hot breakfast” but eggs and sausage were cold. Bed was hard and pillows were small flat and hard as well. Definitely not going back. Oh yeah the elevator was broken for 2 days also.

Had 2 queen with sofa room. Room was large. Beds very comfortable. Does not look as new as the pictures make it look but still nice. Water pressure is terrible. There is road construction around that makes it a little difficult to maneuver. Buc-ee’s across the interstate was nice. Some restaurants nearby.

This property is a privately run facility, which is fine, but the smell of Mr. Clean was overbearing. They really need to keep with the Wyndham standards. The coffee cups were also not the standard, using to small of styrofoam type cup. The property was nice, but they need to keep the franchise standards & get rid of the Mr. Clean!

Disappointed that room was not serviced each day. Had to ask and then gave up when it happened a 2nd time.

I always like La Quinta. The employees are all very nice & polite. Rooms are clean and spacious. The only thing that minus a star is the room lighting, it's white color, so it's not warm enough.

Staff was great. It was very quiet and felt sound proof. We saw neighbors moving in next to us with a dog and kids and we never heard them!!

It was ok clean and quiet enough. Breakfast as expected. Room didn't get cleaned for 3 days and had to ask for it

Staff nice and helpful didn't have a problem checking in a little early also clean and comfortable bed. Tevas Motor speed way right across the highway. Tanger outlets wear also across the highway lots of food selections .

Good stay

Very nice and clean rooms, and the surrounding eateries and centers even better.

The room was big and clean and the breakfast was nice and the front desk guy was nice. The light in the room never seemed to turn off fully which was weird but there was a fridge and a coffee cup thing and it was very nice and quiet

I was able to check in early, rooms seemed clean but the drain from the tub would randomly get clogged for a few mins then be good after a few. And I also thought the indoor pool would be a bit warmer but the water was ice cold. Good breakfast tho and clean rooms. Gas station is right beside it for some midnight snacks.

Logistically, it is an excellent location as the IH-35W and YX-114 crossing. Hotels this area were constructed at the similar time which are fairly new. La Quinta is one of the "value for money" good hotel around here. The room is spacious with firm bed (always my favorite), plenty of hot water at the shower. With a small fridge and microwave, I enjoyed my to-go meals every day. They are certainly a welcome "equipment" at the room. Additionally, as many people said that already, staffs were nice and breakfast was pretty good. The only issue that I had was the AC outlets for charging gadgets. Those two at the desk light was too lose already to firmly catch the plug. The two behind the working table (flimsy) were occupied by the desk light and K-Cup coffee maker already. As relatively a new construction, I was a bid surprised that it does not seem to be well considered that aspect. Nonetheless, it was a great stay and I recharged my energy to work in the following day.

The check-in clerk wasn’t efficient at all. Several were waiting about 20 minutes for check in. The lobby had chunks of dried mud throughout and on the carpet of our floor. The room could have been cleaner. I wiped down the phone and counters bc of debris. The next morning my husband noticed a pillowcase was stained with blood!
