Room was dirty. Floors and shower. Appears they didn’t even vacuum the floor and we cleaned tile with a rag and it was nasty dirty. Went to gym and a guy was using the treadmill and it smelled like smoke because the belt or motor was burning up. The other treadmill was out of service also. Appears they rent rooms to workers that are staying in the area. Definitely need to step up the cleaning and maintenance of the property including gym equipment and floors around the property. The floors in the stair wells were nasty also.

We liked the in-room amenities, like the full size refrigerator and all kitchen amenities. Our room on the first floor smelled like wet pet odor so much that we asked to be moved. Second room on top floor was much better. I would stay here again.

My only issue and the reason for the rating, was the door. The door was cut too small or something and it left a small crack where you could see into the room. To me, this is an easy fix and should be fixed.

Breakfast was really good, love the outdoor patio area, nice fire pit table. Rooms are really nice, reminds me of a really nice studio apartment

Staff was always friendly and courteous. Helped me get a remote control for the TV that worked.

Our television didn’t work correctly and instead of letting us know that it was gonna be a problem they just let us tell them it was a problem. They told us they couldn’t fix it till the morning. The next day we left in the end they said the engineer would come in while they came and turned on the TV but still there was no streaming so when we came back we talked to him again and he said oh well there’s 18 rooms out of 104 that don’t stream and yours was one of them why they didn’t put us in a room that streams I can’t believe they were booked. Plus, there was construction going on next-door outside our window so every morning we were greeted at 7 AM with Backup alarms from the trucks beep beep beep.

Breakfast menu had many options, room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Hotel staff tapes a letter on the door asking you to call if you wanted your room cleaned on Thanksgiving day. I called the front desk and stated I would like the room to be cleaned on that day. Returned Thanksgiving night to find that nobody had cleaned the room. Poor communication between the night and day staff.

Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable in size, which we appreciated. However, the beds were quite uncomfortable—several family members ended up switching beds and even trying the pull-out sofa in hopes of getting a better night’s rest. Unfortunately, on our last night, we were unable to sleep due to other guests loudly partying. They woke us up multiple times, which was especially difficult since we had to get up at 4 a.m. for our flight. Additionally, the TV in the bedroom had frequent connection issues and wouldn’t stay linked to streaming services.

A few months since I've stayed here, felt like the elevator hadn't been cleaned since then and the condition of the rooms is going downhill. Peleton bike in the gym is broken again.

Enjoyed the breakfast options and the check on texts from Pamela to make sure everything was good.

The staff was very friendly & helpful. We stayed a week & were very happy with our choice of Hilton Home 2 Suites. It was very clean & the breakfast delicious. The pool was private & water warm. We will stay here again when we are in the area.

For a "Hilton Property" this was very disappointing and frustrating. You would think that a company of their reputation would make sure their "accessible" rooms were actually ADA Compliant. Which leads me to wonder, did they over book, was our original accessible room given to someone else, or did they care at all?

The breakfast buffet was unsatisfactory. Quality of hot items could terrible.

I accidentally booked my days a week later and didn't realize until I was checking in. The staff at the hotel were so kind and helpful. Deborah specifically

I was charged a stiff $125 fee for 2 small pets AT CHECK OUT. Fee not disclose. Gen mgr and staff not friendly. I’m just leaving worried that they will charge my card more. I shouldn’t have to feel this way. To make things worse the agent from hotels.com told me that I now have a 35 min wait as retaliation for voicing all this. I’m upset and appalled.

The hotel is clean and convenient. However, a lot of improvement is needed. The gym treadmills are not working. The elevator is smelly (I'm not sure why—it may be the floor's rotten wood smell). Some breakfast machines (for example, the yogurt machine) are not working. Dining Space is minimal compared to occupancy.

Hotel was kept very clean by the cleaning staff. All the employees were very friendly. As I was staying for an extended time (18 Days), they even addressed me by name and greeted me every time I returned. The hotel is located close to major roadways but set back away from them far enough that you did not hear the traffic which was nice. Although there was no restaurant at this location, there were several dining choices close by.

They did have the room we choose and had to put us in a King with a sofa. We were suppose to get a $30 credit but I don’t see that on our account.

Because of flight delays, I didn’t arrive until the middle of the night. Was so happy to use a digital key. Got a few good hours of sleep. Breakfast was good and coffee was needed!

We enjoy this brand of hotels and this one was no different! Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and usually a clean stay. This hotel seemed to be a little older, stained carpet and furniture and the shower was not exactly clean, but it was still a nice stay. I do wish they would offer a choice at breakfast that wasn't just carbs.

Debra at front desk took my call the day before and was there to help with my early check in. All the front desk folks were great. The room was super comfortable and quiet. Housekeeping obviously took care in preparing the room. My first stay at a Home 2 Suites and would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed staying here! The rooms were clean, comfortable and very spacious! We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed being here. It is a little far away from most attractions but it was worth it to stay in a clean hotel!

I liked how clean the rooms as well as the lobby. We only stayed one night - but it was very comfortable. Beds were good. Bedding was nice. Loved how close it was to the shopping outlet too. No complaints what so ever!

Usually go the Air bnb route but this Home2 experience has definitely made this brand a go-to for my family. Staff was excellent. Complimentary breakfast had me looking to fill a tip jar.

Our room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Only issue was walking around trash cans collecting water from the roof leaking.

Our room was downgraded without telling me in advance because they overbooked the rooms. They refused to give me a discount and charged me for a king suite when we had two queens (I think).

Traveled for an event at the Speedway. Grrat location and great service with resturants close by. The speedway was close by but for a night event was a little dark to walk to.

The check in lady was kind to ask if I had a room preference and I was able to choose where I wanted to stay.

The hotel was nice. the location was great. The rooms were large and quiet, and the complimentary breakfast was good. However, the water in the shower did not get hot - just lukewarm, the mattress was comfortable but not great, and the pillows were lumpy. I would probably not stay here again.

This was the second time to stay at this particular hotel and the last time unfortunately. There was no hot water in the shower. Luke cool at best. 3 guests in one room with only 2 bath towels. I’ll be staying somewhere else next time. The free breakfast…I’m glad it was free because it wasn’t great at all. Every time we came in or out which was quite often the front desk employees were on there phones.

This hotel was great for what we needed! The kitchen was stocked and that was so helpful! Lots of places to eat. The only complaint I have is how terrifying riding the 2 elevators was. We were on the 4th floor, lots of coming and going. One elevator jumped/moved when you got on and the other made terrifying grinding noises when it was approaching the stop. There is no record of safety checks posted. They scared me enough to take the stairs multiple times. Said a little prayer each time I had to ride them... with my small children!! Everything else was awesome!!!

Stay was great until housekeeping knocked on door 3 separate times BEFORE checkout time. I did not appreciate feeling rushed and the constant bother/interruptions. Checkout is 11:30….if I’m not out by 11:31, then you can knock on my door.

Very comfortable

This hotel is excellent but the clientele on weekends when there is an event at the nearby Raceway gets out of control. Literally set a truck on fire in the parking lot with their antics and police had to be called this weekend and we got to try to sleep with a room full of smoke the rest of the night. Check the Speedway schedule before considering this location.

My three kids and I recently stayed for a week in hopes for a memorable experience. First day arrival I was ignored. The front desk had two women checking in guests. It was only me and a couple ahead of me checking in. One attendant appeared to be the manager, she looked annoyed when I came up to check in and decided not to acknowledge me. She walked away from the register and pretended to be busy looking away. The other lady was checking in a couple and I had to stand behind them until they were attended. I walked in with a smile ready to be greeted but instead no greetings or hellos. The one older lady who was in charge continued to be rude the entire time I was there. I called down to get a bathroom, towel and trash refresh like we were advised to do. I never got a room refresh, I was ignored again. My kids and I were left to our own creativity to get toilet paper and clean towels. This Hotel is rude, it’s not worth the stay. If you work in the hospitality industry then please be hospitable to your guests my experience was not a good one.

Check-in was good. Property is nice, but pillows were flat, yappy dog across the hall, and 3rd floor ice machine was not working.

Need maintenance badly. Faucets loose, shower mixing valve loose, cabinets loose. Mattress needed replaced

The breakfast was good. Liked the egg scramples and biscuits and gravy. Hotel carpets, especially on the floor we were on, were stained starting from the elevator all the way to our room(the farthest from the elevator). Shower was nice and hot. Overall it was fine and would recommend.
