The rooms were very clean and surrounding area was quiet. I never heard any noise the whole time was there. There is a lake next to hotel and a memorial for our fallen soldiers and law enforcement! No complaints at all!

Hotel is quite dated but clean. While we visited, the exercise space was closed. Staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was far more than expected including scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy - in addition to the other typical items.

When we walked in the doors near our room, it smelled so strongly of marijuana that it was simply hard to enjoy anything.

Friendly staff. 24/7 coffee available. Went to North Platte to see UP rail yard (10 min drive). Overall excellent location for food, I-80, gas. Hotel is aged but maintenance does a good job in keeping place functional. Breakfast is nothing to brag about (eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal, etc.). Free parking.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Staff was nice at check in. We got 2 rooms on the ground floor. Both doors were very hard to open and close. Need to be re-hung. The side entrance door was difficult to open as well. The rooms were fairly clean but very worn out. Nice TV. There are a lot of places to stay in this town. If you want something a little better, pay more and stay somewhere else.

While the room was adequate and the check in staff was pleasant, management should find a different career. Was double charged for a room after checking in at 7pm with a same day reservation through Expedia. Even after selecting to pay at property, the managers statement was “I have the right to charge your card after 3pm”. The check in allowable time frame per app was 3pm - anytime. Will never use this facility again or any businesses the company is associated with.

Couple of Indian men at the front desk, got us checked in promptly. I was surprised by the multiple gambling machines in the front lobby and second floor. The hotel looks run down but is fairly clean as far as I saw. Everything in our room creaked, the flooring and the doors. The bathtub floor was peeling and coming up. We were able to get a decent nights sleep even with the walls being paper thin, we could hear the room next to us clearly. The breakfast was the same at every other hotel, low quality items since Covid. I would have spent a little extra money and stayed at a nicer hotel nearby

Everything was nice and was pleasantly surprised there was a beautiful park, lake, playground and veterans memorial all within a 2 min walk! Lovely!

I was quite satisfied with my stay in terms of what the location had any control over. I put a large load of laundry into the washer in the morning, which the washer handled fine, but it was too much for the dryer, mainly because of two pairs of jeans. I hadn't left time to run the clothes through the dryer again. If I'd thought to ask at the desk, the manager told me they'd have been happy to finish drying them in one of the large dryers they use for bedding. Instead I didn't mention it until I was on my way out, having already spread the damp clothes over the seats in my car. Having either a coin-operated dryer or a larger one might have avoided the problem, but mainly I didn't ask , which robbed the location of offering a solution. (Happy ending: I stayed in another Quality Inn 500 miles farther east that evening, and the evening manager put the drier but not yet dry clothes in one of that location's large bedding dryers. Three cheers for Quality Inn on their willingness to help!)
