Pool and hot tub was closed. The room was kinda rough for a hotel with 9 star ratings. Clean but honestly should have been cheaper and have a rating of a 6.8. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

The room we checked into was wet, dusty and moldy. We called hotel.com and no one was able to reach the hotel. We finally went to the desk due to the dirty room condition and were told that we were put in a “less” quality room due to booking through a 3rd party. No one should stay in a room that is wet and dirty. It smelled musty and we have a child with asthma. They did move us to a better room but also said they need to discuss with hotels.com on expectations for rooms. Again no one expects that and my brother told them so. They finally agreed and said they knew the room was terrible and to have hotels.com for a full refund. We will see if that happens. Their pool was also down which is the whole reason we picked that hotel as we were travel with kids. No way was this a $200 a night hotel or room. It’s the worst experience I’ve had a hotel and after driving 10 hours, the last thing we wanted to worry about. Not only that, but the next morning one of us took a shower and the 2nd person only had a like warm shower. I can only hope this is made better and hotels.com and the hotel do what they said they would and refund our stay.

#1 complaint with almost EVERY hotel: shower/tub combo. Not safe for seniors. Plus - what was this is the room (pic). Don't think it meets code!

We booked this hotel as a stop on a long roadtrip specifically to enjoy the hottub after driving all day. When we arrived we were informed the pool and hottub were closed. If we had known we would have booked a different hotel that was less expensive. The room was still full price. The bathtub drain was slow draining and the fridge compressor made a loud buzzing/ringing. For the price per night I would have expected better. The breakfast was decent, but comparable to everywhere else we stayed. Overall not impressed and disappointed with the amenities compared to cost.

Very helpful friendly staff working for a dated property in need of a facelift. Reasonably comfortable beds and pillows and less expensive than other choices.

The hotel was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The only reason for the four stars was that the pool was unavailable for use due to renovation.

The pool was closed and the exercise equipment was minimal. The add said they had a recumbent bike but they didn’t.
