Clean room, but the property is I. Poor condition.

No breakfast. That was ok. They’re usually subpar anyway. Really good night’s rest. Melissa at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Place was full, but not noisy. Heard some street noise for a little while, but not long. No pool, but if you just need a good bed for the night at a great price, I highly recommend it! No pool.

The beds were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the selection of entertainment channels and the large TV. The location was conveniently located, central to the areas we visited during our stay, and easy to find restaurants that pleased all of us. Even though this room was located next to the street and there is street noise, the room insulated us from most of that. We checked in after 3 p.m. and expected the room to be ready for us. Room service had been there and the room looked clean. However, upon unpacking we found missing linens, soap, and a full trash can. Soon we discovered the toilet had a malfunctioning mechanism and would run every 15 minutes or so. We found a way to temporarily keep the toilet from doing this and then check out reported the problem to the desk.

Stayed one night and it was perfect for what we needed. Bed was comfortable, only wish the sheets were a little heavier they were a little thin. AC was cold and powerful. Shower water pressure was great. The property itself could use some talc with litter and broken concrete sidewalks but no big deal. I would stay again!

Clean room and good staff. No problem at check in. Inconsiderate noisy people above us. Lots of outside. Which was again NOT staffs fault.Soli

Good no nonsense room that is a decent value and in a relatively safe neighborhood. Night shift and day shift front desk persons were helpful and polite Manager has no business being in the service industry. Night person said I could have a late check out to 12:00 p.m. and then after someone strangely knocking on my door at 10:00 a.m. which I ignored I received a call at 11:00 a.m. saying that I had to check out. I told the manager that they should have a consistent policy for their check out and I would do my best to be out of there by 11:30. I proceeded to be hounded by the manager having her knock at the door at 11:30 sharp then calling me several times. I was having issues with a software program I was downloading but I was able to leave the room and be at the front desk by 11:55. She charged me a $25 late fee and accused me of fabricating the conversation about having a late check out because she asked the wrong employee about it. When I told her of this mistake she said that she would ask that employee and maybe refund my $25, which she did not. I would not give this hotel any business as long as this manager is working there.

Easy parking. Everything worked (including an interesting shower system). No continental breakfast, but you know that when you book. Close to food and gas. Staff was friendly and helpful and a decent guest laundry.
