We travel frequently to Colorado, and this hotel is without fail, our choice to stay at on the way. The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are always spotless and comfortable, and the breakfast is amazing. There is something very special about the people in North Platte!

The stay was good with comfortable clean room. The staff were very helpful and breakfast avgood version of ehat you can expect today. Ate dinner at the Cedar Room downtown and would give it five stars.

Our stay was generally fine. My one criticism was that we stayed over 2 nights and had no housekeeping. They asked us at check in if we wanted housekeeping and we said yes. No need to change sheets, but we wanted fresh towels and the beds to be made. After a long day at a baseball tournament, we came back to an untouched room. Beds were not made, we had no clean towels and garbage not taken out. And they had plenty of time to do it because we left at 8:30 am and weren’t back in our room until 7pm. I’m frustrated with hotels that stopped doing housekeeping during Covid and haven’t gone back to it since then, ESPECIALLY when you ask if we want it, and especially at the price we paid for this hotel…price was hiked because of the baseball tournament that was in town!
