Room had a dirty pillowcase and a moldy shower. We had a late night arrival and were able to check in rather quickly, but no coffee in lobby after 9 AM. Property was in fair shape and all in all it was a decent day for the price.
-
Location. Ease of pre-checking in. Clean facilities other than the room. Room. Mold. equipment damaged. The morning food options far less than in past visits. Toasters broken, waffle irons in-operable and filthy. Security doors that don’t shut and lock.

Breakfast was a joke. The worst grossest hotel breakfast ever experienced. Woman was interviewing and complaining about housekeepers in the lobby/breakfast area with guests present. Have stayed at other la quintas and this does not meet the expectations. Was more of a janky old truck stop.
-
Beds are super uncomfortable. Elevators really slow and stops on 2nd floor every time you go up or down. Room obviously wasn’t thoroughly cleaned as someone’s clothes were still in the closet when we arrived. Do better!

It was good price value proposition wise.

Rooms were pretty clean. Small refrigerator in room did not work. TV had sound but no picture. Breakfast was okay, had scrambled eggs, sausage links, waffles, and cereal. Pool was closed the first day of our stay. The stay was pleasant and great for the price. The issue came after the stay. 2 days after we checked out, was charged $300. No receipt, no email or call. Attempted to call hotel directly and after 15 minutes of trying to explain to ai that wanted to talk to a real person, was transferred to billing/reservations. Lady could not help me, says could not find reservation or record of my stay. Kept telling me to call Expedia being that is where I booked and rudely hung up the phone. Called Expedia, very helpful. They tried contacting hotel and could not get a response, they emailed the hotel to try and get a response. Overall was on phone for over an hour. The $300 charge for unknown reason has been processed. Nothing Expedia did wrong, but very shady from the hotel to charge account and are not able to be reached for any explanation. Absolutely terrible customer service!!

Zer0. They gave my one bedroom away Room was hot
-
Nothing Bathroom shower was not inviting, I did not even shower before my plane ride to the West Coast this morning. Plus bathroom gad no toilet paper
-
The bathroom didn’t have a vent so the room heated up from showers. The elevator was very slow and always stopped on the second floor which made it take longer. Parking was nearly full every evening but we managed to find a spot off in the corner thankfully. Breakfast was good. They had waffles, eggs, sausage links, toast, bagels, cereals, milk, orange juice, and coffee. The kids loved the pool, it wasn’t heated but wasn’t too bad the day we had time to go in. The hot tub was roped off. We personally wouldn’t visit again but it’s a decent budget friendly option.

Terrible
-
The receptionist was friendly. The room was dark, and a little outdated
-
There nothing I enjoyed about the property. Property was poor condition, unclean, clogged sinks, stains on bed, no ice machines worked.
-
It Was Expensive And Wasn't Really Worth The Rate. The Pool Is Super Small. Upside is The Staff Is Great And Helpful. Breakfast Was Minimal With No Attendant. For The Price Could Be Better.
-
Parking was easy. Breakfast ok. Hot tub not working. Room was clean and quiet
-
Horrible check in, clerk on phone face timing with boyfriend, gave us keys to an occupied room, got new room whose shower was dripping everywhere for 4 days, bug on sheet and dirty sheets either coffee or blood. Locked out of room first night key did not work, had to wait and wait for front desk clerk over and over. I want my $400 back, horrible, it should be torn down
