The room was clean and for us spacious. Was happy the air conditioning was not loud and annoying. Husband liked the breakfast each morning. Was a good experience.

The staff was efficient and cordial. Our tv wasn’t working and Aidan quickly moved us to an adjacent room - we appreciated this greatly.

Our black out curtain in the living are had what appeared to be dried blood on it. The pull out sofa was covered in white animal hair which was very hard to see until you were right up on it (my guess is cat hair from the black and white cat that was roaming the hallway and stairway and it has food stuck in the futon part of it. We checked in later in the evening so I didn’t find any of this until I was getting everything ready for bed. My husband also waited 25 minutes for someone to wait on him to get him sheet for the sofa bed. The staff was nice and we didn’t mind the wait but the animal hair an dried looking blood on the curtains make staying again a hard no!

Street traffic noise. TV mounted at a bad angle with 2 queen beds in the room. You had to walk around the foot of the bed and try to keep from bumping into the TV.
