Room was updated, bathroom could have been cleaned better. The provided bath linens were dingy and some were stained.

The shower floor was dirty in two of the three rooms we had reserved for our stay. I think it was because of the remodels the hotel is going through but the showers can still be cleaned a little better. Beds weren’t super comfortable but they were fine for a two night stay

The room floor was wet when we got there and smelled of a chemical cleaner smell so bad. Mind you we checked in at midnight so it’s not like it had just been cleaned. The carpet in the room felt moist and we figured out why in the morning. The carpet under the air conditioner was soaking wet. When I checked out I told the clerk and all they did was say oh I’m sorry. I honestly felt like the restroom at the Loves truck-stop was cleaner.

The staff was very helpful.

Our room on the other hand was pretty gross. The musty smell is what hit us first. The ice bucket had dried soda or something sticky on it. There was a little bit of trash behind one of the beds. The area behind TV which is visible was full of dust. The bathroom and vanity area floors especially in corners was filthy, dirt, hair, etc.. the tub had hair in it. The sink at vanity barely worked and the trickle that came out was cold and wouldn’t get warm. I had to wash my face at the bathtub. The faucet was very short and barely even made it to the sink. Finally, worst of all was the carpeting. It was disgusting. We didn’t want to take our shoes off. I get that the hotel is being remodeled but room 131 should be condemned until then. Maybe all the rooms are that bad but I can’t imagine hotel being able to stay open if they are. There were a few good things to point out. Beds seemed clean (as far as we know), towels were nice, water pressure (in shower only) was great and breakfast was better than a lot of places we have stayed. Employee in charge of stocking it was amazing! We tipped him well!

Little bits of trash on the floor, and bathroom waste basket wasn’t emptied. The important things like beds, tub, toilet, and sink were clean. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly, especially Samir. I enjoyed the breakfast.

The hotel is just now being renovated and we got one of the rooms. We have been in this situation before only to find the hvac system was full of dust. The first thing I checked was the filter and it was clean. I thanked the staff only to have the person a few feet away telling me that is the final thing he does before turning over the room to rent.

The pool looked so inviting but was not open. A covered or heated pool would make this a 5 star hotel in my book.

It advertised a hot breakfast; quiet, the staff was courteous and accommodating except the inability to provide hot water for a shower the night before surgery. I could not take a hot shower the night before my surgery. After surgery I was not allowed to take a shower, so I feel I paid for just sleeping and couldn't even wash. There were no queen size beds available.

Room was clean and quite Breakfast - bowls of fresh fruit were empty, very few yogurt in refrigerator. Sausage was cold. Seemed like the person stocking was putting in minimal effort.

**BED BUGS** I REPEAT THEY HAVE BED BUGS. The entire second and third floor are not being used as you can see the mattresses and rooms on those floors trashed from the road. Within 5 mins of being in the room the bed bugs start appearing. NEVER AGAIN
-
vending mach where not working pool was closed so was the business room was closed the whole time will NEVER star there again...

The bathroom wasn’t cleaned. The floor was filthy. There was a used soap bar on the floor from a previous guest. There was conditioner but no shampoo in the shower.

Breakfast was terrible

Location was close to our event in Newburgh and close to restaurants. The power outlet for the coffee maker didn’t work so I used the outlet for the microwave. I forgot to mention it to the front desk.
