The Staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, especially Christine and isiah. Oh! And the best complimentary oatmeal raisin cookies you’ll ever sink your teeth into. Room was clean, beds were comfortable and any interaction with Staff was warm.

We were disappointed that the bar closed at 11pm on a Saturday night. We had returned from dinner after an afternoon/early evening of a volleyball tournament and were hoping to socialize with a few of the parents. That was the only "complaint" of the stay. The staff was helpful and the hotel was well maintaned.

Its location. They overbooked. We were not able to stay the first night. Very bad experience.

It was a bit odd to have breakfast not actually included in the price quoted, although an additional $10 added to the room fee yielded $30 worth of for the alacarte breakfast.
