I arrived at midnight to find a line of people waiting in the lobby, because there was only one employee on the property and he was away from the desk for 30 minutes helping a guest. My non smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke. My mattress was old and creaky and the springs poked my back. The staff do a good job keeping the place clean, but it is obvious that this property is badly neglected.

Although the property is dated, it is a clean hotel. The entire staff is accommodating and friendly. The free breakfast is top rate. It was a quiet stay. Check-in was easy and room well prepared. We always book this hotel for our Delaware visits. 👍👍👍

Room was very dated and property needs work.

Breakfast was deplorable! Homeless housing!

All good

Very run down and old. Our room smelled of smoke even though smoking is not allowed and they stress upon check in that you will be charged for any evidence of smoking. We were there for a quick overnight so we stayed. For the age and condition of the hotel, it is priced a bit high. Staff was pleasant.

The hotel is aging. Needs carpet replaced, repaint, upgrade bathrooms. Need to fix ice machines. Rooms are not bad.

Clean room, good shower, nice staff, and a nice pool. Definitely felt like I got a good bang for my buck. Front desk was helpful too.

Location The breakfast was horrible and my key kept not working to open my door and had to walk so far to get it fixed.

Great location! Pet friendly! Breakfast lady was rude and was picking what everyone was allowed to get bc she need to say stuff for others. Some people weren’t even allowed drinks. She constantly wanted to complain about people eating

Room was supposed to be non smoking and was told by staff if we smoked in the room we would be charge a cleaning fee. When we walked in the room it immediately smelled of Marijuana, we told the front desk and the guy was extremely rude and said there was nothing he could. It smelled like that the entiretime. Walls are paper thin, heard everything going on. Adults were fighting at the bar when we arrived and staff didn't care. Would not recommend for family's to stay.
