The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful. The rooms were comfortable and the area was quiet. Easy access to the subway systems that allowed for easy travel through NYC. There wasn't much we didn't like about the property. The only issues for us the that limited parking availability but if you're not driving into the city, it shouldn't be much of an issue. There was plenty of off site parking nearby that was free.

clean room and comfortable bed. ok with the little breakfast bag. it can seem like a sketchy neighborhood but it’s actually pretty cool with some nice bars and restaurant. would not take the subway at night construction place outside that woke me up early

Front Desk lady was pretty nothing

We were fine with the hotel initially, however on our second day of a four-day stay we were asked to immediately vacate both of our rooms because of a 'maintenance issue' that they wouldn't elaborate on. They told us they would put us up in a 'better' hotel but the hotel they offered was actually one less star with terrible reviews, so definitely a downgrade. We said no to paying the same price for a downgraded hotel, so they said they would give us a refund but we were on our own to find a new hotel for the rest of our trip. Having to find a new hotel for our entire family in New York city with absolutely no notice only one day into our vacation was pretty terrible. I still haven't received a refund, but they said it has been issued.

The hotel tried their best to put all our rooms on the same floor. The front desk agent was very nice and through on checking us in. The beds were comfortable but the rooms are kind of small for 2 queen beds. Hotel near trains to get to the city and also near the event we were hosting. It is very affordable and has tons of little spots around to eat and drink. Walls are pretty thin. So if people next door are getting their freak on, you will hear them. Wish we were told microwave was downstairs near vending machine. We ended up finding it by accident.

Clean, friendly staff, parking, and location. Will definitely stay here again.
