I loved everything about the property. The staff was amazing. I didn’t like that checkin was at 3pm and I arrived at 4pm the room was still not ready. While I understand it was a busy weekend in the city that was okay. The TV and Bluetooth in the room were not working. Called front desk they sent someone up that could not fix the issue and just apologized. Needles to say we checked out by 7am. Everything else was superb. I love the restaurant, the staff were so friendly and attentive. The location was great for very close to the event. My suggestion is please check all TV, Bluetooth are working to make the experience a remarkable.

Lobby sitting area all had stains on couch, chair, etc. disgusting After hours key card did not work to gain entry to building.

The Front desk. Everyone was so hospitable and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. They made it a home away from home.

Staff excellent, Food good, Useful snacks in the reception area (although water very expensive), Energy saving lights in the room The air conditioning system was awful. There was no consistence temperature. I set it to 21 degrees. However the air conditioning was continually making a noise and fluctuating from hot to cold. This included during the night. There was only a bar stool to sit on, which I moved and placed next to the sink to avoid the icy blasts then hot blasts from the air conditioning. It needs sorting out.

Excellent hotel at an awesome price! The Radio Hotel is not a downtown hotel but it has awesome energy and charm from its local neighborhood. Great dinner, cute café, and it even offered a special viewing of the Knicks game 2 championship game in the outdoor patio. Definitely coming back!!

From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. Check-in took an unusually long time, and to make matters worse, there was a fee for checking out early. The room itself was extremely poor quality. The shower door would not close properly, and the bathroom door wouldn't stay shut either. I actually had to use the small trash can to keep it from swinging open. There were no bath rugs, no iron provided, and the windows were visibly dirty. We also noticed small gnats in the room throughout our stay. The hallways were dimly lit to the point that they felt creepy and unwelcoming. The towels were rough and uncomfortable, and the toilet paper was some of the roughest I've ever encountered in a hotel. If you're considering booking the Studio Queen room, don't. It felt more like a prison cell than a hotel room. Overall, the accommodations did not match the price at all. This stay was not worth the money, and I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Don't be fooled by the photos or advertising—there are much better options available for the same price.
