Well appointed, organized and clean space albeit tiny NYC room w king bed. High price per square foot $960 per night but I’m sure that had everything to do with the fact the Knicks playoff was happening the same time I was here. Staff was very kind and helpful. The lobby restaurant, bar, outside patio and second floor lounge provided lots of working and gathering spaces for me and my colleagues as we were here together for 3 days for a business event.

Motto Chelsea has wonderful staff that were very professional and helpful during our entire stay. The hotel is well situated between the Financial District (WTC) area and Central Park. There is a nice restaurant on site. The bed was super comfortable and the shower excellent. We felt safe walking in the neighbourhood.

Room was small as expected for New York but very clean and well maintained and decorated. Location is excellent - easy to get to from Penn Station and is only a block away from a subway stop. We didn’t really use any amenities like the lounge or gym but they are available if wanted. The rooms were kept very cold but the bedding was extremely thin and there were no extra blankets
