Hotel lobby was nice and upper floors were clean. No doorman to help with the luggage. Rooms were small and dark but clean. Changed rooms, the first room had one window that faced a wall. The second room was fine.

This hotel was a great spot for visiting Pier 17 / Seaport. Clean room, cozy beds. Small… but plenty of space for myself and my daughter. Would stay again for sure!
-
I stayed one night in the hotel, and id probably never stay again due to the elevator being extremely slow and skipping floor levels. I was on a time crunch to get to the airport and I wanted over 10 minutes on floor 5. After minute 13 I had to walk down 5 flight of stairs with two luggage’s. Also the restaurants were either under construction or had a private event so I had to leave to get a drink and bite to eat. Just not what I expected at all

Very good location

Great location and clean hotel. We stayed for 3 nights and the only complaint is that their lounge area was only available for a private event. Room was pretty small but manageable if you’re only going in there to sleep.

Great spot for a weekend getaway in NYC! Clean and just right location.
-
Practical location for visiting financial district Staff not very polite, room very small, services average

Little lapses - restaurant and terrace hours not listed anywhere I could find, for instance - had to ask. Arrangement with dry cleaners very helpful at the end of a month-long trip, but laundry list and staff gave different stories on timing. Likewise, I think there was room service, but there was no obvious menu or availability time listed anywhere and the restaurant menu on the web site doesn’t match the actual menu offered in the restaurant. Had a small room, which was fine, but the charging cradle/clock took up most of the nightstand. My phone and tablet can’t use it anyway. ) Phone fell one night when I rolled over too far and hit it. Beautiful bathroom, but not enough towel racks and the shower pan was angled so that water ran on to the floor. My sense is that they’re short on staff, and from things I picked up this is partly a result of fear of Trump’s ICE goons.

This is a great location, and the hotel nicely maintained. From the lobby to the bar to the rooms, it’s nice. We were in a King room, and the bed took up 90% of the room, but there was a comfy chair and mini-fridge/coffee maker, closet. But not a lot of space for luggage or even unpacking and storing stuff. That’s the main downside. Otherwise, it’s good. I’d stay there again if I had events in that part of town. We were going to two nights of shows at the Rooftop at Pier 17, and it was an easy, quick walk.

It was friendly environment, clean, it fit my needs and would stay again

We enjoyed our stay. The room are small, there was no space to put our clothes and even our suitcases, had to use a skinny closet. Most nights, the rooftop was rented out and unavailable to guests. Other than that, the staff were helpful.

Very cute and designed room.
-
One functional elevator that I waited 30 minutes for twice, no hot water. Hotel was full that’s probably why. Comfortable room and good location otherwise
-
Good hotel but too small for the big price. It’s new your yes. But the room and bathroom were too tiny.
-
Staff was excellent, food was excellent I liked the breakfast.
-
Breakfast, front of house staff and location amazing. Cleanliness was abysmal. Made worse by the small rooms. Cleaner didn't clean my room for days running. Had to ask for a change of towel multiple times. Very disappointed. And it's a shame because some of the staff members were lovely

That place was great and the staff exceptional. Definitely would stay there again!!!
