Great experience would stay again

This hotel was perfect for what we needed. The staff was extremely helpful (only 1 exception but we saw him for 10 minutes) EVERYONE ELSE was phenomenal. Hotel was clean, breakfast was great, and location was convenient. We were dropping our daughter off for a month of training and had necessary package that had to be rerouted to the hotel because of delivery time. As luck would have it, the package was delivered late and we were already 500 miles away. The host staff- especially Faith- assisted me in getting the information I needed to have the package delivered to my daughter. I will be going back to pick her up in a few weeks- I will be staying there again.

First time to stay at Hampton Inn. Everything was perfect except the main thing we need to sleep good. You guessed it! Air conditioning. The thermostat is motion activated. When you go to sleep, the air conditioner does not come on at all. Therefore you get hot and stuffy until you get up and move around. I did tell the front desk the night of and they could not do anything about it.

Stayed for youth baseball tournament. Close to Louisville with easy access to highway. Breakfast was really good too! Would definitely stay again!

I had several concerns about the facility. First, accessing the free Wifi adverstised was difficult, if you're not super computer literate. The hotel is obviously promoting its Hilton Honors' alternative. Second, NO cleaning service was provided during my three nights at the facility. This was particularly disturbing after I called this to the attention of the person at the desk and asked for a cleaning and vacuuming after I killed a roach coming out from under my bed. Other matters need to be reconsidered by management. The absence of fruit options other than two types of apples (all I saw during my stay) is highly unusual. And, lastly, the options in the little shop were pretty pathethic if you want a late night snack. I had contemplated being a regular visitor, as I have a brother living a few miles away. I highly doubt I will return.

Good location, excellent staff, good value for the money. The downtown has been revitalized and there are lots of interesting places to eat.
