I booked my room online and after two-at check in. I was given a handicap accessible room. I’m not handicapped nor did I reserve such a room. When I talked to the representative about the room. I was basically told-it is what it is!

I was denied a receipt at check out. Housekeeping every other day, usuall required another visit to the front desk daily to get towels, washcloths, coffee, etc. New computer system was creating a lot of problems for staff.

The location of this hotel is excellent. It is up a hill by itself so it is very quiet and the view is beautiful. Just down the hill is many restaurants.

Location was great. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was good. The floor in my room felt like it had boards coming up. A little trouble walking after I had surgery. But the room was nice and clean.

Our bed just happened to be not comfortable is the only reason I’d give a 4 rating. Great breakfast

Staff was great. Room wasn't very useful for handicapped people such as me. Two bed lights didn't work, as well as the electric blinds and one shower faucet. The tub was less than accessible with very slick bottom. One shower faucet did nothing. The bathroom floor was slick for wet feet. Lastly, the bathroom had a bug wondering around the floor and sink.

The room was clean. There was plenty of hot water, so I was able to enjoy a comfortable bath. The staff were friendly and had lovely smiles. Thank you for a comfortable stay!
