The location is practically perfect, it is easily accessible by car, all town attractions are 10-15 min away by walking, there are plenty of very good restaurants just few minutes away, Property has its own cafe with good food and coffee/tea, and the views are great. And even tho it is in the heart of touristy Cappadocia, the location is in a quieter portion of the Uçhisar People who work there are amazing, very friendly and helpful.

We stayed at Simera in Cappadocia and left truly satisfied. The room was spotless, the breakfast was rich and delicious, and the service was impeccable from start to finish. A perfect choice for anyone visiting Cappadocia. We will definitely be back!

The hotel provided an authentic stay in Goreme. The rooftop views were awesome. Included in our stay was breakfast which was a delicious turkish one that exceeded our expectations. The staff especially Mustafa were there for every query and acted as a translator with local tour operators. Not forgetting Mohammed and Elvin. Thank you for making our stay a pleasant one.

Absolutely spectacular views from this hotel. The hosts are very responsive and kind, ready to help at all times. They arranged for us a sunrise hot air balloon ride despite it being a last minute request. Thank you- we appreciated it! The rooms however were a bit warm, perhaps because we went in the summer.

Had an amazing stay here. Travelling in December, we were able to afford the Presidential Suite and it was 100% worth it. Just a beautiful view, we spent a lot of time hanging out on the massive balcony, and it was also walking distance to everything in Uchisar and a short and easily accessible cab ride to Goreme. We were able to book some tourist activities through the hotel, while the breakfast spread each morning was insanely massive for two people and incredibly good. Drinking some nice Cappadocia wine in the massive hot tub with a fire burning and the valley in the background was really special. Nothing - the room, the staff and the location was amazing.
-
quality services and cleanliness. steep stairs going down to our room with our heavy luggages.

What can I say about this hotel? First of all, it is in a prime location in Uçhisar, set on an elevated area with perfect sunrise views and a spectacular sight of the hot-air balloons. Beyond the beautiful setting, Mr. Yunus is one of the best hosts I have ever met. He genuinely cares about his guests and provides exceptional service. As this was my first visit to Türkiye, he offered helpful guidance and shared valuable tips for getting around Cappadocia. I highly recommend this hotel, and if you stay here, be sure to ask for Mr. Yunus. You will not be disappointed. There is truly nothing to dislike about this place. And even if something small does arise, it is easily overshadowed by the exceptional customer service provided by the hosts.

Location and view and breakfast Staff Services Comfort Nothing bad can be said about property
-
Warm welcome and magnificent view from the bar terrace. I recommend it! Nothing.

The property was beautiful, spacious and the views were incomparable. The staff were extremely friendly and a accommodating for our family visiting with our 2 year old daughter. The manager helped us to arrange a family photo shoot at sunrise with the balloons which was a once in a life time experience. We ran the spa tub on the balcony at night and had a small fire. Our daughter had the best time. Only wish there were more available nights! Spa tub on balcony takes 1.5 hours to fill just above the jets so plan accordingly.

The view is like the photos, perfect. The staff was gentle and the breakfast was good. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing travel experiences I’ve ever had, mainly due to the high price and the expectation of a luxury stay that was not delivered. After nearly 24 hours of travel, we requested early check-in, as described on Booking. The only reply was that it would “depend on availability,” but we never received a proper follow-up. Upon arrival, we discovered that the property is essentially a bar/lounge with a view, without a proper reception. There was no waiting area or any comfort—just the bar tables. Nobody offered us water, access to Wi-Fi, or basic hospitality; instead, they simply handed us the bar menu to order something while we waited. Check-in was finally done at 1:50 pm. The room does have a beautiful view. However, the stay was disappointing: there was no air conditioning (the ceiling fan only worked with the light on), the floor fan was dusty, the floor itself was not clean, the bed was hard, and the sheets looked worn. The minibar hardly cooled anything. In addition, if you are looking for peace and quiet, this is not the place—there was constant music from the bar, cigarette smell, loud conversations, and the noise of furniture being dragged around. The staff is kind but clearly poorly trained. Basic information is not provided in the rooms, so you have to ask about everything. Breakfast was tasty and offered a good variety of items, which was one of the few highlights of the stay. In summary: this is essentially a bar that also rents rooms, but without the structure or standards expected for the high price and the promise of luxury.

Everything was perfect! The view from the rooftop was absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunrise with the hot air balloons. The room was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Nothing at all we loved everything!

We were not expecting too many stairs in the hotel, it was kind of difficult going up and down with luggage.

Most amazing views. Clean. Helpful host. Always on the phone if you need any advice or want to book activities. Not very quiet. Could hear other guests.

The location is amazing, value for money

Nice big room. Amazing view from the balcony. The host was really helpful. They arranged the hot air balloon flight for us and we updated on any changes.
-
The view is unmatched. The staff are very attentive, friendly, and accomodating. Bonus points for Cookie the dog! Everything was great but the bed could use an upgrade, however this is a very minor flaw.
-
The staff was so attentive and accommodating!!! They even help with a surprise decoration and cake to celebrate my fiancee 55th birthday.

The place is very cozy and comfortable, with breathtaking views and a very professional staff, they were very helpful, got us what we needed without even asking, you’ll find that Ayse is very professional and will be the best guide not just for the hotel but for the entire stay at Cappodocia, definitely will be coming back :) There’s no bellman, however the staff is kind enough to help you with the bags
