The bed were very comfortable. It was peaceful. The Staff wasn’t really friendly. The tub was stopped up & it felt like I was taking a bath & shower at the same time. Lol

The room itself was clean the bed felt uneven. The was no shampoo had to use soap2 too was my hair.

It had bad vibes. But at least there were stray cats to feed

Like the look Door didn’t have a latch for the lock. Issue with toilet also. Bathroom had a strange wet moldy smell

A very stripped down facility even to minimalists. Towels are not white at all. Beddings are less than basic.

The cost was fair. My room smelled of cigar that got a little better over time but the first night was really bad. I thought they would provide shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.

Convenient location, front desk was staffed 24/7 Facilities needed updating, bed was only ok, noisy

It was at a very good location with easy access to the highway as well as close to downtown.

Staff very focused on the safety of facility (keeping non-customers off property) and ensured any issues were addressed in a timely manner. Lots of construction going on around the area making entering property and leaving tough at times. Floors of the rooms could use more focus when cleaning as we had a crawling baby with us and his hand and knees were quite dirty from the floor.

The area did not feel very safe to me. We were fine though. There were cameras on the property, and on the cars so it was fine. Police stayed in the area-next door and the gas station across the street at night. All staff was very friendly and accommodating.

It smelled like smoke. The walls are paper thin. We could hear every word the people in the adjoining room said. It kept us awake all night.

Pulling up to the property, first impression is that it looks a little run down, old & cheap BUT the customer service was at the front desk was super friendly! Then you walk in the room and it’s clean and bright. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Slept comfortably. Pretty quiet and peaceful at the hotel. I liked the location, not too far off the highway and gas stations and food options all around it. Satisfied with my booking.

Not bad for the price.

The Night Auditor was very pleasant and.professional. She made you feel welcome and was the reason I returned .Rooms and housekeeping were also really good.

I love the friendly and helpful people at the front desk. Coming into a smiling face and helpful hands, while going through a life change has been awesome. Nothing at all property and location are perfect.
