My second time at That’s Napoli! Very comfortable. Simple, charming and spacious rooms with personal touches. Located in the historic Spanish quarter in the milieu of Naples! Wonderful! Room was quiet. Spotlessly clean. Guido, our host was superb in his knowledge of the local gems to see, cafés and restaurants, trains, buses, and walks to include on my visit to Naples. I would stay here again! Nothing, was perfect!

The room is cozy, clean, and spacious, making it feel just like coming back home. It was very quiet at night, even though it's located near the street. Guido gave us great restaurant recommendations and shared all the information we needed to explore the city in a limited amount of time. We had a great time there. By the way, if you cannot arrive before the check-in time, please discuss with Guido in advance.

Our stay at That’s Napoli was amazing! Guido was an amazing host, he gave us great advice on places to visit and restaurants in Napoli (and even Positano which was our next stop!). The location was perfect, the room was spacious and extremely clean. Everything was perfect! :) Nothing!

The facilities are excellent. Clean, comfortable, lovely washing machine, comfortable beds and great location near many major sights and easy transportation stops to others. But the real star here is Guido. This man is a gem. Very welcoming and easy to deal with. Gave us a great introduction to the property and city and when asked for restaurant recommendations gave us excellent advice. All his recommended spots were absolute gems. Ask for and follow this man's advice. He even asked a friend for recommendations in Rome - our next stop on our trip. You'll never eat as well in Rome as Napoli, but these were good recommendations as well. Can't think of anything.

Charming hotel/ B&B in a great spot, conveniently located just off Via Toledo and near metro station Toledo. The house perfume they used in the entrance space is not great for people with chemical sensitivities. Luckily the smell did not enter the room. Street side room can be a bit noisy, ear plugs recommended and then it is not a big deal.

Guido gave us lots of great tips for sightseeing, restaurants etc. which was extremely helpful (as there is so much to see in this vibrant and exciting city!). He also organized the taxi to the airport. We really enjoyed the stay very much and hope to be able to come back soon!

Lovely big rooms in spanish quarter Guido and his sister were very helpful Just a tip though..no sign or street number (41 is there somewhere i believe but not very visible..no name of thats napoli on buzzer beside door either ..)on big wooden doors which are the entry from street ..need to have exact instructions to find it

The hosts are amaizing. We were able to do a late self check in, we received many restaurant and sightseeing suggestions, also suggestions on Ischia island. Cleaning was done everyday, the location is full of art work and small nice details. We recommend it!

For our two days visit in Napoli we expected a good hotel with a good starting point to visit the highlights of Napoli. That`s Napoli is situated in a side street near Via Toledo and about 200 metres from the famous Galleria Umberto. Our expectations were exceeded by far. Hotel manager Guido gave us important informations about Napoli via E-Mail far before our visit. When we entered „That`s Napoli“, he helped us with the luggage and spent a lot of time giving us plenty of useful informations about the city concerning sightseeing, restaurants, typical pizza & fish, coffee and all other kinds of informations needed for a trip like this. The room was well equipped: comfortable beds and a modern bathroom and it was surprisingly quiet at night. When we had to leave, Guido printed our boarding cards for our flight and gave us hints how to negotiate the price for the taxi.
