Fantastic location right off of Via Toledo. Easy walk from metro station. Staff very communicative. Was able to leave bags and explore until it was time to take the ferry. Felt safe as solo female traveler. Just booked it again for a night for return from Sorrento. A little difficult to find. GPS jumps around on phone map a bit. Look for the #41 to the right of door, up a little high. And then you can see the name on one of the buzzer. Once I found it, it was great!

Great location. Felt very safe and secure. Loved the lounge area as a great space to debrief the day. Cleaned every day. Hosts fantastic and lots of communication re entry and ability to leave luggage for a later flight. Thank you.

The location was perfect. It was central without being noisy. The staff were very helpful. The room was big and house keeping was good. The WiFi also worked well. It was great for a short stay in Naples. The room could've been cleaner when we arrived. The floor was dusty and there was a clump of hair in the shower tray.

Location, easy to walk to attractions, shopping, dining. Difficult to pull your luggage through door & very noisy at night.

Spacious room with all we needed. Clean. Checking in was quite easy,there is no staff present usually. Great location Shower had weak pressure and was hard to handle,water drain was clugged. If the elevator is out of service,prepare for a little exercise :)

The location is good, the price is also good compared to other stays in Napoli. The bed is comfortable. The room is spacious. The building is nice. The shower is very dirty and moldy on the corners. The soap dispenser is disgustingly dirty. The cleaning lady threw away some of my make up and she had touched all of my stuff!! This is not acceptable, I asked them to not clean my room on the days after the first.

The property is nice and well cleaned I did not appreciate the fact we could have just one key and that has ruin a bit my holiday as me and my travel partner we are use to spend a big part of the day alone as we have different interests. I also feel that the area where it is situated is quite dangerous but maybe that’s just Naples
