Centric location

Shower wasn’t bad I booked 2 months in advance and the they I had to check in they informed a 20 euro extra fee for arriving late. By the time they let me know this I was no longer able to cancel the reservation and go somewhere else. Breakfast is a voucher to get a caffe and an edible somewhere else, not an actual breakfast. The support given by the facility was the worst so far. Besides the fact that of the hidden fee issue, the personnel got in the room for clean up (they did not provide a do not disturb sign, so we had no way no inform we did not wanted the room the get cleaned) and as our stuff was around the place, they took a picture of our things and send it through WhatsApp letting us know about the impossibility of going into the room INSTEAD of just asking if clean up was needed.

Very confused to find the place in the historical area, without traffic.
-
Sehr zentral Bath was not clean, second bed was more than worn and the apartment is very loud, from inside and outside.

Very good

It was clean and the host was a nice guy. There was no window with a view, not even on the courtyard, which gave a locked-in feeling. It would be fair to state beforehand that for breakfast you have to go to a café.

Our stay was wonderful. The location is in the center and there are many cozy restaurants and cafes around. Receptionist, Salvatore, is a polite and attentive young man who explained everything we needed. We recommend him!!!

The reception, the location and hight of the room. Need to read and check the rules before arrival.

Check in was a nightmare. I had to be precise about what time I would arrive, which is hard when traveling, and then after sending multiple messages, the rooms weren’t ready. That happens—no problem—but the staff I was messaging never said anything in our text exchanges. He was very kind, but this was a little frustrating. And they do not have a space to store luggage, so we just had to wait until a room was ready to be able to do anything. The shower was very moldy. Not the typical “this happens” moldy. It needs to be renovated. And we had an insect of some sort in our bed. This place is much more of a hostel than a B&B. Lesson learned. That might be fine for some folks but didn’t really work for us. The B&B is on the second floor and doesn’t have an elevator, which is pretty typical in historic Italian buildings. Not a problem buy something good to know if you’re traveling with large bags or elderly people.

central location comfy bed clean room. Salvatore was very helpful. Sent me a whats app message of the best places to eat even organised a car to take us to airport. no glasses in room to drink our wine no corkscrew to open the bottles

The room was clean, has daily housekeeping and change of towels every 2 days. Location in the historical heart of Naples was superb.Salvatore was pleasant. The room is a little small although it has a high ceiling. Kettle was outside in a kitchenette. No natural sunlight. No lift although it is on the first floor ( 4 flights of stairs). Can't be dropped off by car as the area is restricted for only pedestrians Be prepared to walk on dirty, crowded cobble street, carrying your luggage to find it. Building outside is old and run down and located in a dark alley. Too far to walk to Garibaldi train station with luggage.

The decor was nice! Very difficult to find the place, even on google map. The sheet on the bed had no elastic so the mattress was exposed all night. No comforter either. There was no place to open your suitcase and no place to put your clothes. The room was so small that you couldn’t walk around the bed if your suitcase was on the floor. There was no privacy for bathroom. Since the bathroom door is made of glass and if you had to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, you couldn’t close the bathroom doors cause you would wake up your partner since the door was making so much noise.
