The staff was great- very welcoming and communicative. Sabrina was especially amazing. Really went out of their way to be accommodating. Location was very central and room was clean. Nothing- the value of this room was great. Exceeded my expectations.

We really liked where the room was located. We could easily walk to many local attractions and restaurants. Hotel staff were very responsive to questions before we checked in to the hotel, such as how to find the location, etc. We noticed about 20 minutes after we checked in that the room had a "sewage fumes" smell. We went to see the staff about this issue, but they had left for the day. We contacted the hotel about this issue via WhatsApp and asked to switch rooms. They said this was not possible. They said that they could have a plumber take a look the next day. I do not know about you, but I cannot sleep in a room that smells like sewage. We spent the next hour or so trying to book a last-minute hotel in the area. We sent the hotel a message via the Booking App to let them know we were no longer staying there and that we would like a refund (we were planning to be there 2 nights). We dragged our baggage through the streets in the rain to our new hotel, which thankfully did not smell like "sewage fumes". All of this cut into our evening plans in Napoli, which had a cascading effect on the rest of our itinerary. I do not know if the smell is something that happens in this building when it rains, or if there was a leak somewhere. We tried running the sink, bidet, and flushing the toilet, thinking that would solve the issue (sometimes drains dry out?). It did not. We tried leaving the hotel for food and coming back to "reset" our senses to see if it was in our imagination. It was not. I was absolutely distraught about the whole ordeal. We were really looking forward to our stay with Domus Rosa. As of today, we have been offered only a very small refund via Booking, but not enough to cover 1 night of the hotel. In summary, I felt bamboozled and ripped off. Despite this ordeal, we still really love Napoli.

The property was right in the city area! Great for getting a feel of Naples! You do have to walk to the hotel about 10 minute through crowds which can be hard with suitcases! Taxi will take you as far as they can’ Decent walk to the train station! Good overall experience N/A

Good value for money. Large and quiet room in central location, very friendly staff. Easy to miss - only a small sign at the door.

Exceptional

The location of the property is excellent. It is located at a walking distance from multiple restaurants and bars in the heart of Naples. The check-in was quick and the team was super helpful with all the queries. The room had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was in a coffee shop nearby and was nice. It was super hot and the air conditioner was probably not as effective as it could have been. Nothing against the property, probably it was just too hot.

The room is so cute and the location was amazing, everything was in walking distance and the host was super friendly and helpful

Everything was simply amazing! Nice host, we even got an info „map“ with tips around the area and we were allowed to use the small kitchen to make a coffee anytime we wanted. The room was spacious including a bed and a sofa and it was beautiful. All little details fit exactly to the colours and the style of the room and even the whole b&b. We will definitely come back! Thank you for everything, Sabrina! / Everything was good :)

I love the kindness of Sabrina, she explained us everything and gave us a lot of information regarding places and restaurants. The room was really nice and the bed was very comfortable and not noisy at all, although there is a lot of movement around, it was perfect¡

Closely situated to the Main Street of Naples Staff were incredibly helpful Nothing

Staff service - very good Location - perfect if you want to stay in the historical center. Clean - clean room serviced daily. Breakfast is served in a street cafe close to the hotel. Coffee, cornetto, and orange juice plus a lot of Napolitanian spirit. Entrance. The hotel is marked as 4-star but it has several rooms with a reception located on one floor of a building. If you are looking for a clean room in a historical center, then it is ok. WiFi - very low and often interrupted signal (at least in our room, if you are not standing close to the door :)) ), GSM also has a low signal, so far communication is somehow problematic

Room was very spacious and in a great location. Staff were very responsive and friendly. Shower was super funky! While the room itself was very clean, the couch smelled like it needed a clean and there were some stains on the blanket on the bed. Was also quite a bit of street noise at night.

Sabrina is very helpful and everything is very clean. Lots of space for us to use and very helpful information about the area too. It worked well for us. Difficult to find, you can’t drive to the property and carrying luggage up a long alley was not fun. The ground level entry door is difficult to open. Other guests seemed to deadlock the main door, which meant you need a key to get out. This is very dangerous if there is a fire.

Apartment is on perfect location and very clean. Also building is very interesting. Bed is not so comfortable. Also fridge is the room is with very low cooling capacity.

The beds were not very comfortable and I would recommend having 4 pillows on the bed!

Wifi was very poor, my room was next to the reception and it rarely worked very well. Location was a problem because I had much luggage and needed to catch a flight in the early morning. I had to walk 10min at 3am to meet the taxi driver because the streets are closed for cars. The room doesn’t look like the pictures, it looks like it’s been a lot more used. The bed frame was dirty, the painting was dirty, the bathroom was not too clean. The shower box and the bathroom sink seemed to be clogged, it was taking a lot of time to drain the water. One of the biggest problem was the main key, the building entrance one. It wasn’t opening the door easily. First time I spent 15min trying until a guy, who lives in front of the building, helped me. When I tried to leave at night, I tried to open the door inside the building and I couldn’t. So I didn’t go out because I wasn’t sure if I will be able to open the door when I came back. The reception only works from 9am to 4pm, so after hours, I needed to figure out by myself or wait for help. Basically, I tried to avoid leaving the building outside business hours until the last night when my wife figured out how to open the door. It wasn’t a great stay.
