Secure private parking. Even though we informed them of our time of arrival, when we got there we were left waiting in front of the gate, ringing the bell and calling multiple phone numbers, with no answer. By pure luck, a gardener saw us and opened the gate for us. He then had to call the property owner about 5 times (due to a combination of very bad phone reception and no understanding of English) for us to find the keys. The business name at the door is different from the name on Booking, you need to find the entrance to Tenuta Michele which was confusing. We then messaged asking about the WiFi password on Booking, WhatsApp and SMS, and got no answer. We then called and were told there was a technical problem. When the owner finally arrived at the property, we asked again about the WiFi, his terse reply was "problemo tecnico" and didn't seem to care to solve it. So we were left with no WiFi and almost no phone reception in the room for the rest of our stay. In the morning we woke up to a power outage in the entire property. It must have gone out some time ago too, because there were already ants in the fridge. The power was finally restored around 10 am when it was time for us to check out. Luckily we only stayed one night.

Very safe location with parking space. The owner (Michele) is very friendly and cooperative. Very near to some very nice restaurants. I went to Le Nonnerie (traditional Napotalian food) and Casa di Ranaldi (best Pizzas in Napoli).

Michele is a great and kind guy. I liked his hospitality so much. The apartment was super clean and the service was perfect. The apartment is surrounded by a beautiful garden full of trees with lemons and oranges.
