Really lovely place that we visited whilst travelling around Europe. We needed a place of rest for a few days and it really did the job! Fantastic staff, especially the two guys working in the restaurant/bar, one of which who spoke great English and was very attentive. Lovely pool and sunbeds and a great spacious room. Would definitely recommend and come back Nothing to complain about

The staff were incredibly helpful particularly getting us to the airport during a strike by taxi companies. The overall facilities of the hotel were a little tired looking but comfortable The selection of food for dinner was limited

Staff are welcoming helpful and cooperative Though no much varieties there but you find the essentials of breakfast in terms of eggs , cheese, croissant and a set different cakes . Do try the Capuchino, it is excellent . The swimming pool was not open during our stay as it will open in June.

It was not in the chaotic center of town. Getting to the sites like Pompeii and Herculaneum were fine if you have a car. But getting into town involved expensive cab rides. No restaurants in walking distance. Our room was cruddy and unrepaired cracks from the daily earthquakes. Peeling paint. Substandard cleaning. A 3-star hotel at best. We were moved to a better room for our last night there. Still cruddy and smelly. Breakfast was a huge array of pastries. Nothing hot - unless the surley waiter remembered to bring to some hot bread. Hard to imagine, but the cappuccinos were bitter.

The staff made our stay unforgettable. They are kind, helpful and go extra miles to please our every needs. We ate 2 times in the hotel restaurant and it was excellent too.

The staff were very courteous and made an effort to make sure we were happy We chose this hotel as it had a pool which we wanted as we had spent the week hiking and we wanted a hotel to recharge before catching our plane the next morning. Angelo was helpful and ensured we could access it.

Average breakfast with cold cuts kept out of the fridge. There was no bread or milk, and the croissants were burnt. The pool closed at six or seven which for us was a downside during the summer when the day lasts longer.

Lovely, calm and clean. We had a lovely stay. Room was spacious and spotless. Lovely cappuccino in the mornings. Angelo on reception was friendly and helpful.
