Rosario was an excellent host. Very helpful, served a very nice breakfast promptly and extremely gracious. Accommodations close to lots of sites.

Location is directly across from Duomo and around the corner from the historic district. Very convenient for our day of sightseeing. Rosario is a very attentive host; gave us a lot of information and personally met us upon arrival and departure. All we needed for our visit

The manager is great! He was waiting for me on my arrival date to show me around! AC is only in the room, and outside area was warm.

Location and VIEW - it was in the historic district with many interesting shops and the cathedral was right across the street. Rosario was great about arranging a driver to the airport, mapping out where to go, and arranging breakfast in my room for an early flight. I didn’t realize there were stairs to get to my room, although I had no problem and had help with my bags.

Great location - beautiful view of the Duomo from our balcony - clean room - Rosario is a wonderful & kind host who was very helpful to recommend which restaurants to go to & what to visit - located on a street with so many restaurants & busy with tourists all day & late at night so we felt very safe to walk around - would definitely go back

Rosario was a great host and was more than accommodating to meet our needs. He gave us suggestions for restaurants and other points of interest in the city, which were quite helpful. The breakfast was delicious, especially the cappuccinos, which were made to order. The location was centrally located and an easy walk to the shopping district and near by restaurants. The only problem we had was locating the hotel when the main doors to the courtyard were closed. It would be nice to have signage in the general vicinity.

The property manager was excellent! He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. The room was very clean. The balcony did not open to the outside but to inside another building which was disappointing. The beds were not comfortable and it was loud as we were the room right next to the check in desk. The property was centrally located. The room was small, but clean and stylish. The power kept shutting off.

Rosario was an amazing host! He helped us with our itinerary in the city as well as being very hospitable. The room was quaint but had everything advertised. The view was fantastic. Great value.

The location was central, with many restaurants and shops on the street. The staff were very polite and accommodating, finding a ride to the airport for us as well as a great place for pizza. The room and the bathroom were small. There are also different levels of the room upon entering and a bathroom that guests should be aware of as well as the step stairs entering the building to the rooms. Basic necessities and beds were not too comfortable.

Location During the night you can hear people using bathroom and bit overpriced

Our host was exceptional in helping us get our lost bags retrieved after they did not make it to Naples. Would stay there again.
