- central location - metro station directly across the road, good accessibility - tasty coffee + pastry breakfast - unusual elevator - The bed mattress was rather too basic and not very comfortable. - I din’t risk to try the whirlpool as it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. It would be fine either to have a clean whirlpool, or a regular bath tub. - Leaky toilet was annoying (please fix it).

Each room had an air conditioner, one was even replaced on the same day. The linens were clean, the location was excellent all in all it was a very good stay. I would love to have at least two mugs(cups)there because it was so hot that we were drinking tons of liquid. Although there was a kettle, there weren't any mugs.

- Spacious rooms and terrace. - Good location. We had a rough start with a late check-in and the B&B asked for a 10 Euro penalty. Our plane was then further delayed and by the time we arrived, we were "welcomed" by an, to put it mildly, intimidating if not rude man. He didn't want to speak or even look at us, not a single smile, almost dead silence the whole time, which made it super awkward each time we tried to ask him. In response, the guy only used hand gestures to direct us where to go, what to see. To top it off, he used Google Translate assuming we're Chinese, which we're not, and demanded another 10 Euro penalty for our further delay. When we said that wasn't our agreement, the guy said something in Italian so yeah, he can talk. To be fair, we understand if our late arrival annoyed him but we're also victims of the flight delay that was out of our control. When we just informed the owner without any complaint that we paid the man, her attitude changed 180 degrees. No more replying in English from this point on, she sounded pissed indicating that if it weren't for him, we wouldn't have a place to stay overnight. And then the facilities and services, boy oh boy: - The hair dryer stops blowing every 1 minute due to overheating. We asked politely for another and got back 1 word "OK". - The super speed kettle is so dirty that froths floated even after cleaning and the 4th boiling attempt. We asked for another but no reply. - The towels weren't changed every other day like they said so we reminded them but again, no reply nor action. - The last straw was the internet went down for the last 2 days. We had to buy mobile data to inform them 1 day in advance of the checkout time next morning but again, no reply. At midnight, I had to remind them again. They waited till the end of my proposed time to literally order me to leave the keys in the room without showing up. Such unbelievable disrespect and arrogance! We felt unwelcomed and looked down on there!

This B&B has several issues that would make it difficult to recommend. The check-in process was only okay, with the staff not speaking English fluently. The room itself was quite dirty, with the toilet not functioning properly. There are also concerns about the cleanliness of the bed linens. The bigger issue is that this is not a private apartment, but a shared living space with two other bedrooms and a common living room. This lack of privacy and the noise from other guests and the elevator would make it challenging to get a good night's sleep. Overall, while the location may be convenient, the numerous problems with the accommodations and shared nature of the space mean I would not feel comfortable recommending this B&B. Travelers looking for a comfortable, clean, and private place to stay should likely look elsewhere.

The shower pressure was horrible, never had I showered in such a bad shower. There is NO breakfast just a croissant and coffee, so if your don't drink coffee or gluten you don't eat anything.

Loved how spacious the room was, the view was stunning, the location in front of the metro was just perfect. The complimentary croissant was freshly baked and tastes AMAZING! It could be cleaner (dust inside the wardrobes, the thick blanket was very dirty, and the shower had some hairs), but honestly nothing that made our stay less comfortable and enjoyable.
