It was unusual that the toilet was not in the same room—you had to cross the corridor to get to it. We thought it would be difficult and inconvenient, but it wasn’t that bad.

Very efficient check-in, with fast and easy communication. Flexible check-out options. Fantastic location, with nearby access to the metro and public transport. Just five minutes’ walking distance to the Archaeological Museum and the historic center. Safe, well-maintained building complex with lobby security and video surveillance. Hygiene and room cleaning are a perfect 10. Highly recommended for fully enjoying your stay in Naples.

The property was clean and bed was comfortable. The bathroom is private but outside the bedroom. Very inconvenient when having to use the bathroom in the middle of the night.

There are only a couple of good things regarding this hotel. 1. Location is very close to the metro station 2. The Wi-Fi is good. The rest is bad. I travel a lot for work, but this is one of the strangest hotels I've ever seen. 1. In the double room, the beds aren't next to each other, but one behind the other, so the second person in the room can smell the first person's feet. 2. Each bed has electrical outlets, but for some reason they're not at the beginning or end, but right in the middle (see photos). It's unclear how to use these outlets or what to plug into them unless you put your smartphone to sleep with you. 3. For some reason, a blue light in the bathroom is constantly on and can't be turned off. 4. The strangest thing is that there's only one light switch in the room, and it's right by the entrance. There's no light or switch near the beds. At night, the room is completely dark. If you need to go to the bathroom, you have to get up and walk to the entrance in complete darkness. You turn on the lights in the entire room before you can see anything. To get back to bed, you have to do it all in reverse. I've never seen anything more stupid in my life. Besides, it's dangerous! 5. A similar situation occurs when leaving the hotel. After closing your door, you find yourself in a hallway in complete darkness. Then you have to feel your way to the entrance, and only then can you turn on the light. How to navigate the hallway in complete darkness—I don't know. 6. As for breakfast, it's not at the hotel, but at a nearby café, and consists of a cup of coffee and one croissant. There's nothing else. 7. The walls of the room are dirty.

Only minor inconvenience was having only one outlet usable for phone chargers, kettle, refrigerator etc. And only one key for both of us which also was required for turning on the power, a problem if one of us wanted to go out while the other stayed in the room.

Vicenzo was very attentive. The place is wonderfully located and very clean. Perfect for our stay in Napoli.

The window of the twin is at the same level of the courtyard so not possible to have the window open without being seen

When we arrived toilet did not work (could not flush water), blanket was dirty and no kettle in the room (since it was cold it was a must). We asked for help and host asked for.. video! Only next day it was fixed. Full refund was offered but at 22 pm.... Location is good tho

Room is clean and represented well in pictures. Looks fairly new. Location is decent albeit on a main road. Very noisy. The main problem is the main building door buzzing and slamming all night, plus some noise from the street. The doors is the main issues and it doesn't stop all night. Bring some heavy duty earplugs.

Everything was set all fine, instructions were clear so we just enjoy city life as its close to the city center.

The host answered queries quickly, and checked in with us regularly that everything was OK. Despite overlooking a main road the room was quite quiet. Location was vibrant with many local attractions nearby and great transport links to others on the doorstep.
