Hidden Fees: We were forced to pay a €25 cleaning fee in cash upon arrival, which was not in the booking description. Despite multiple requests, we never received a receipt. Privacy: There are cameras inside the apartment (in the hallway to the shower and over the door). This was not disclosed and felt like an invasion of privacy. Poor Maintenance: The sofa was broken (supported by cushions), the toilet flush was faulty, the coffee machine didn't work, and the washing machine leaked water everywhere. Lack of Service: Our request for toilet paper was ignored, and trash wasn't collected for three days. Breakfast was extremely minimal, and we were told they "ran out" of cereal. Communication: The hosts (Monica and her sister) spoke no English. We had to use Google Translate for everything, yet most of our basic needs were still ignored. I strongly advise looking for a more professional and transparent place to stay. Only convenient location.

The location was excellent and the host was very responsive

Great location, easy walkable access to everything, lots of bars and cafes nearby. The room has everything you need. The owner was welcoming and quick to respond and gave us a lot of good suggestions for our stay which made it all the more surprising how our stay ended (see below). Our generally positive impressions were soured at the end when the owner started insisting the night before our checkout that we vacate the room at 8:30am (the reservation clearly said, 10:00) and said she was going to go in and strip the sheets / start cleaning If we were not there. The idea of someone entering the room with our personal stuff strewn around while we still had every right to the room was quite distressing and ruined our last night trying to negotiate with the owner via text. We checked out before 10am. I found the owner’s manner of communicating with the guests quite rude and off putting at this point.

Amazing location and lots of space for a family of 4. Had all the things we needed to feel comfortable. Right next to the metro which made it easy to get around and also very walkable to many of the main sites and restaurants. Nothing

It was very clean The host was always available and helpful with our questions Sound proofing not great If neighbors are Noisy
-
It's just a bit noisy from the traffic outside but you are in the city so it is to be expected.
-
Breakfast is only package food (everything sweet).

Very nice communication with the owner. Very close to the metro station and city center. Perfect!

It is a great residence in the heart of Napoli. Monica and her mother are exceptional hosts. The room was fully equipped and convenient, the location is just perfect, 5 minutes to Metro and the historical centre.

The communication was terrible. It was in a bad location.

The host was very patient and friendly with me, after the ferry arrived no less than six hours late. The slight misunderstandings while using google translate were easily solved. Efficient and uncomplicated check-in. Tastefully and functionally furnished room and bathroom. Clean. Location exceptional. The offered breakfast options, as usual in Italy, didn't include fibre, but rather ultra-processed chocolate croissants, chocolate cake (both in packages), jam and rusks etc., but that's not an objection specific to this place, of course, more of an observation. Not always quiet, sometimes a bit strange sounds around. A bit strange for me: The late check-out was explicitly advertised, while I had to check out between 8.30 and 9.00 am, which in my experience is rather unusually early.

The hosts are very kind and helpful. We loved the high ceilings. The room is massive and divided into a kitchenette with an awesome espresso maker, a seating area with a TV, and two bedrooms. There's no privacy between rooms so it is ideal for families and luxurious for couples. There is immediate access to public transport, and there are lots of attractions to visit on foot. I really can't think of anything.

Very nice area close to the metro, I liked that we had a balcony too. In the surroundings there are nice little napolitan streets with shops and street food where you can walk around or eat. The walls are a little weak so you can hear everything from your surroundings.

Mold in the kitchen. If you are allergic it will bother you otherwise it won't. Also, the communication was a bit slow due to the language barrier but overall it was great staying there.

Location For the price it was offered (120+ eur) per night, there were multiple things which weren’t up to the mark. Starting with water in bathroom, where warm water keeps running off every few seconds and water flow is very low. It is suppose to be a b&b , but the breakfast/snack which are provided in the room are stock super market cheap sugary items. Sound isolation is also terrible with every sound from neighboring room, and even bath/flush sounds from upstairs clearly audible. Owner was very helpful, but rest of the experience was pretty underwhelming

We had a very smooth check-in and check-out experience, staff was very friendly and accommodating, good wi-fi.Everything that was needed for breakfast was provided directly in the room and in the fridge (coffee+machine, milk, juices, water, and things to eat). Location close to the center. Highly recommended! Breakfast: made of prepackaged food, nothing fresh (not a complaint, just an observation)

Nice staff, good location, clean flat. Naples is terrible, dirt and garbage is everywhere, some cockroach, this is not a feeling of life, this is pretentiousness!!!! We were half day in Naples, the other days we hiked - Amalfi, Sorrento, Pompei, Capri.
