Very nice, clean room with a comfortable bed. The kitchenette is well equipped, and coffee and cookies are provided for breakfast. The staff are extremely friendly and always available to help or simply chat. The location is excellent: a relatively quiet square near the main streets of Spaccanapoli. One of the rooms also has a balcony. The bathroom is tiny but very clean. nothing

Perfect location and very friendly staff.

Loved the location! The host was very helpful as we needed to book an early taxi to the airport and she booked it for us, it arrived on time, and we were set. Perfect for a 1-2 night stay! The towels were extremely rough and old. I think upgrading these would have boosted the experience that much more.

Nice situation walking distance of most places. Quirky set up with everything we need . Helpful staff who checked in on us and even delivered us some cakes which was a lovely thought . A little noisy but that could have been because Napoli were playing!

The place is very, very clean and close to public transportation and the heart of the old city. You can experience the traditional neighborhoods. The place is wonderful in all honesty. I was impressed by the cleanliness and arrangement. You have everything. The washing machine, kitchen utensils, beverage utensils, gas refrigerator. Everything is wonderful. I recommend it to you. The entrance door was short and I am a tall person and that is okay because it is traditional and the elevator is narrow

Location was ideal for exploring local eats, night markets, ferries and trains. We had breakfast provided in a self service kitchen which was great. Instructions to get into unit were easy. Everything was clean and tidy. One thing ‐ make sure accommodation follows up on and acknowledges requests. We asked for twin beds prior to stay, got a response that was ok but then had to ask again when we arrived as it was still a large bed and it stayed that way for the duration Getting woken just after 7am by staff coming to use washing machine outside our room.

The property was located on a quiet street corner in the historical center of Naples, close to Duomo station. The room I booked happened to be in the loft, so the window was actually a generous skylight. The air conditioning worked, which was very important as it was very hot when I was there. I saw the other guests in the apartment only once, so it's a great place if you want some privacy without having to rent an entire apartment. The private bathroom was wonderful. The staff was also friendly, cleaned the room and made the bed each day, and left breakfast (some sort of pastry) every day. The apartment was full of steps in seemingly random places. For example, after passing the front door to the apartment you immediately walk down two steps into the kitchen, through the middle of which runs another step that you step down to get to the sink. Then, there's another step right before the door to the bedroom. Not a problem for me, as I'm able-bodied, but could be an issue if you have mobility challenges.

We were originally placed into a much bigger room with a terrace. within 5 minutes, we were switched to another smaller room, with no balcony. we would have stayed several days longer had we had the other room. there were no other guests in the flat the evening we stayed, so being trown out of the nicer room was extra-disappointing.

Host and staff was friendly and helpful. The room and communal kitchen was clean and the self-help breakfast is a great idea. The lack of natural air cinculation in the penthouse. No window that can be opened.

Our stay here was great! The rooms were cleaned every day, every morning there were local pasteries set for us, the owner was nice and always available. The apartment was near the nightlife but in a nice and quiet area.
