Toledo Relax

Good location within city. Visitors should be aware that taxis cannot drop you off right at B&B due to narrow streets. So at 9:00pm , after traveling 23 hours, my taxi dropped me off 2 blocks away and pointed. B&B extremely hard to find. No real sign, just a plaque on locked gate. Also, no English is spoken here. Google Translate helps but is limiting.

The staff was AMAZING!!! It was so nice and thoughtful. When we needed to check in, they sent us a guy named Antonio, who was very kind and patient and explained to us everything we needed to know. Also, they sent us a list of recommended restaurants and pizzerias that were helpful. In the morning we needed to check out, they ordered us a taxi, and made for us breakfasts to go, because they knew we won't have the time to sit down and eat it properly. Also, they have a very cute little dog named millie (extremely cute!!!). Breakfast was nice, tasty croissants, and great coffee. The room was comfortable, and the shower was amazing!!! The location is very good, close to city center so most of the places are walk distance. The air conditioner is very good. At night, the room isn't dark enough, and there is light from the hotel. It bothered me to fall asleep. Beware that in Italy there is yourist tax, costs 4-5€ per leraon per night. The booking price doesn't include it.

I have absolutely enjoyed my stay.

The staff was very welcoming, and we enjoyed breakfast along with fresh juice. The room was quite spacious and well lit. We were traveling with a baby stroller, and since the property is located on an inclined walkway, it made it difficult to take the stroller up and down. We found that the jaccuzi was leaking (during draining the water off) which led to water all over the apartment.

Excellent location, comfortable room, abundant breakfast with fresh-squeezed orange juice and home-made pastry; very friendly, helpful, and welcoming staff.

Great Location - just start walking and discover the City! No need for a car, not even public transport, very nice hosts, a beautiful room (we had the one with the bathtub), a comfortable bed- all you need to enjoy your stay in Naples! We will come again :) The Street lights in the alley did not work at night and it was a bit dark in the sidestreet. The Hosts are very accurate with the check-out time at 10 am. If you are not out the room 10min before, they start calling you… but they let us have breakfast afterwards.

Location was perfect, 2 minute walk into the heart of Toledo. Room was simple, and clean, and the bed was super comfy

Toledo Relax is a very nice place to stay to discover Naples. Good location. The Spanish Quarter can be quite noisy but Toledo Relax is located in a quiet street. The rooms are clean & comfortable. Breakfast is excellent! A good mix of salty and sweet. Thank you for the home made cake!! The owners make you feel very welcome. Easy to reach via WApp.

On arrival at the location, in the rain, although early, we were unable to gain access, as the intercom went unanswered on numerous occasions. Rang the telephone number provided on their booking.com advert, only to speak ( well try to ) to a man with no English, who simply repeated, "no English" and hung up, again, on a number of occasions. Had to leave, as were not comfortable in the strange location, remaining outside the property in the rain, unsure of when, or indeed if, we would gain access to the property. Had to book alternative accommadation hastily, as were unsure of what else to do. As we could not gain entry, unable to give any review of the property.

Really kind and helpfull staff. They were very flexible when I told them I had delays.

Amazing place, clean, modern, quiet, close to the breathtaking Toledo metro station and walking distance from Napoli’s historic centre. Great breakfast, nice people, wonderful experience.

Value for money. Accommodation was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included with a moderate spread. Location is good in that it is about 200M away from via Toledo (where many shops, eateries and cafes are). However accessibility is mainly by foot on an inclined walkway. only smaller cars may access the premise.

The breakfast was adequate, with a charming lady to assist with the machines. I would highly recommend this B & B for stays in Naples. The staff were fantastic and extremely helpful. A few more hot choices such as scrambled eggs etc.
